This is the worst Chick-fil-A i ever been to, after sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order i finally get to the window to be told i can't get spicy chicken in my salad because "they dont do that at this location" i finally get my food and check the bag and the fries are just half full of crumbs and im missing food go wait in line again to get my missing food and got attitude because they messed up i much rather dive the 30 minutes to VA to then come back here

I went to the drive-thru I spent 24.91 I'll order chicken noodle soup and 30 count nugget and I got the wrong soup. I tried calling and you can't get an answer at store to complain so you have to leave a message when you try to just talk about in your message. Hey, how would you like to let us know how great we did? How about letting you know when you make a mistake and somebody's trying to get a hold of somebody to get customer service and all you get is an answer machine. How is that customer service? We need to have somebody answer the phone, not just send it to a voicemail over and over and even when you click on it to try to leave a message it still wants to send you to the wrong place. What's wrong? If you want to have customer service you need to put a human being on it and answer machine is not. Customer service ain't even close
