“I placed an online order, after receiving an email saying the order was done I went to pick it up. When I arrived they told me it wasn't done yet. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked for my order again, they then told me that my online order had been lost and it would be another 25 minutes. I asked for reimbursement they told me they would credit my reimbursement back to my credit card because it was an online payment. I have not been reimbursed. And I sent an email to the company and have not heard anything back.“

“I asked for ranch dipping sauce, paid for it, got home NO ranch sauce. I sure hope they will make this right next time I visit. The pizza AMAZING! GREAT JOB PIZZA HIT!!!!
Vegetarian options: Veggies on the pizza are great!“

“The pizza was delicious but I do want to note there was only one person working. I had to wait while to pick up my carry out order. Which I do understand that isn't the worker's fault. He was doing the best he could.
Parking: The parking lot is small and crowded. There isn't a lot of spaces in the parking lot. Which makes it hard to find a place to park.“

“I am giving this KFC a 4 star because everyone makes mistakes and I have had years of good quality food here.
I ordered the $6 box in the drive through lane with 2 pieces of Crispy Chicken and what I got when I opened the box a couple miles down the road was dark brown soggy, dripping greasy chicken. I turned around and went back through the line and they exchanged it with the same condition of chicken, I do wish I had taken pictures but "Crispy" and "Greasy soft" are on opposite sides of the spectrum. I then turned around again and walked inside the establishment and the Manager was shown the napkin
that I squeezed the chicken with was totally greased and dripping.
I asked him to give me the "Pot Pie" instead of chicken and it was very good, when I got home 30 minutes away but I was hungry when I ordered my late lunch.
When I came in personally some of the employees I perceived had the "what is it this time" look.
As I left the inner vestibule door closer is bad and smacked my arm and took a small hunk of skin to add more drama to the whole KFC experience.
I wrote to KFC.com using my receipt and got NO REPLY so I am
letting everyone know at this point, do a spot inspection and flip your chicken over before leaving.“
