I stopped by and got dinner tonight. I clearly stated I wanted a cheese quesadilla tray with cheese bites and a corn dog. I get home and I have no quesadillas but I have my cheese bites and corn dog. Instead of my quesadillas I have chicken tenders. Very disappointed with my experience tonight.

35 minutes for the car infront to leave. Watched 6 cars to my left leave before I was able to pull forward. All food cold and old. Was handed my food and window closed. No apologies or even a how are you today.

Went there at 9:25pm tonight. The girl working the window was extremely rude she was wearing a red beanie and didn't even say a single word to me. Worst experience I have had there by far. Food was amazing though.

This cookout need to hire better workers or pay them more because the customer service skills are horrible I donât care if you donât like working fast food thatâs your job to provide good customer skills as a worker and you canât even do that! I went to this cookout and specifically told them no bacon on my chicken sandwich because I do not eat pork! I get home trusting that they did their job but they are so horrible itâs sad these workers donât know how to do their job properly so unprofessional! we all work too hard for our food to be messed up every time we go out!
