went to this Dairy Queen after an unpleasant experience at Popeyes and was granted with excellent customer service and kindness I wanna give a shout-out to the gentleman who took my order whose name was tim very sweet of him to go out of his way and make me and my boyfriends experience well and also the young lady at the window named Abigail she was also very nice too!! Food came out fresh as well and didn’t take long !! :)

food was great but the Indian Lady cook (i don’t know her name) in the back would not stop staring at me while i was ordering/waiting on my food, she gave me a mean smug look when i was patiently waiting for my food. Very uncomfortable experience.

Employees will look at you and pretend you're not in line waiting to be serviced. Will serve the ten cars in the drive thru before spending 90 seconds to take a single order from the only person waiting at the register. Attitude is "ditzy". The employees will stand around looking lost with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Fries sitting under lamp look old and limp. Unprofessional. Terrible customer service. I'd rather wait in drive thru than at the counter. At the drive thru the employees act just as stupid. What a great impression of fast food service.

Was not very thrilled with the meal for the fries tasted like they have been sitting under a heat lamp most of the day. They were somewhat warm but extremely stale. The burger was barely warm and same that it tasted that it had been sitting out under a heat lamp all day. Don't think I'll be going here for food

I received a flyer/coupons for $7 meals. This location refused to honor it. The shift manager said it was participating locations only. The insert clearly says Edenton and Elizabeth City. She said the store manager was Cash but she doesn't know when he'll be in because he just pops in from time to time. I was charged $7 for the hamburger meal and $8 for the tenders. Both were stated to be $7. This is false advertising. She said the manager told her to charge differently. Customer Service=0

This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. They have cut back portions, dipping sauces are half full, they want you to ask for your second ranch instead of just giving it to you, even though you already paid for it. And today, the worst blizzard ever! Nearly no toppings. None on top and maybe one m&m mini per bite. I’m done with this location. Terrible management
