We placed an order at 5:30, they sent the wrong food. They said they would send out another order, but for the first time since we moved here they “couldn’t find the house”, and just didn’t tell us or call us or anything? When I asked for a refund at 9, hours later, I received a lot of attitude from the manager. Horrible customer service. Also the food they originally sent was burnt.Edit: the manager told me they don’t call before taking it back. A friend of mine who works at a different dominos told me that is incorrect.

Can't help but love dominoes. Their customer service is unbeatable now a days. They have a great variety of pizzas and other things. Fast delivery also!!

We placed an order at 7pm, waited until 8pm in the parking lot and our pizza was still in prep mode. We went inside to find out it hadn’t even been started, we wait and additional 30 minutes (an hour and a half now), and our order said it was complete. Went back inside to find out our order was “lost” and “they didn’t know where it was”. I will NEVER be going to this place again. Horrible experience and horrible service.

I used to work here about a year ago I quit cause the general Manger and supervisor were a piece of work and lazy. Often food left under the make line and lot of times dirty and trash left from there shift. Always preached high standards but failed to maintain them.Since then both of them are gone so i figured i try there pizza again. I haven't ate here since then. Today I had some of there pizza again and what a surprise it sucked. They didn't deliver what was ordered. The deliver driver was rude she needs some customer service training her name is Madison. The product and quality is definitely lacking. They did 3 medium pizzas all of them had more sauce then cheese. The one pizza I had didn't have hardly any cheese on it. There was a philly cheese steak ordered and all it had was steak no cheese. After the third driver they finally got the order right. However the pizza was bland all bread no flavor. Guess I will keep having pizza hut, big daddy's or papa John way better than this domino's.

I've given this place chance after chance. Told 30 minutes for delivery and it's taking well over an hour now. We can't even call to cancel our order as they never pick up. Order will say ready via the app, and it just sits.

Ordered pizza online, picked up pizza. Was the best made pizza so far from Dominos. Doing a wonderful job at this new location.
