Food was very nasty, tasted like gas station food. spent $22 dollars on the loaded hash browns and only got like 5. the egg in the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant smelled very unpleasant. the coffee was okay.

The lady here is very rude she does not have to raise her voice at anybody. I am a doordash driver and I don't deserve to be out there if she can't treat a customer is any better than that then she don't need to be here

I came to this location a couple days ago and The supposed manager Stephany had so much attitude for no reason. I simply asked for a dozen donuts and they said they were out of boxes and I asked if they could put the icing ones in separate bags and she said no four donuts go in a bag. So all my donuts were messed up and stuck together. I also saw her talking to an employee like they were 3. This is the worst experience I have had at Dunkin.

Have to say it was the worst drink I have ever had at Dunkin. I wanted an Iced Caramel Macchiato and got straight sweet milk, we also ordered a Cookie dough drink and it had no flavor. The donuts were hard. Very disappointed in this and to spend 16.00 😳🙄

Definitely not as good as they used to be. Not as good of a variety anymore either. The price for a dozen doughnuts is ridiculous. Definitely not worth it.

If I could leave no stars I would. If it was just an incorrect order I’d get over it but with the addition of rude and unpleasant employees it becomes a problem. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

RUDE EMPLOYEES !!! Got to the window lady was already in a mood she didn't listen to anything we asked for in the order, put it in wrong on the screen, we corrected her not even being rude to her, then another employee came on and he was just as rude. We got to the order window she gave us the drink it was wrong then other employee came up and he was rude and said that's not what you said in your order but it was. Neither one of them would let me talk or listen to what I wanted to order and was rude about everything!

We waited for 30 minutes because she wouldn't give the guy ahead of us a cup of water and then I ordered the 6$ meal deal and she tells me the sandwich can't come on a crossiant..and it's only a bagel. I've ordered it 10 times on a crossiant. It says sandwich not bagel. Train your employees better.

Ok, went back but I don't know why. I got an attitude for simply asking for bacon on my sandwich for the deal, I didn't argue i just asked and then they forgot our drinks, charged 2.50 for a small water when we went back to get it. My crossiant has the tinest nonexistent top lol the workers don't wear name tags.

Placed a mobile order for pick up at drive thru.
Drive thru had approximately 6 cars ahead of us in line starting at the ordering intercom.
After 4-5 minutes of not moving we decided to go in.
Only 2 employees. No greeting. No one talking to drive thru. Neither employee greeted me or the other customer that walked in at same time.
After waiting a few minutes I walked out and cancelled my order.
Took my business elsewhere! Unacceptable!
I understand they may be understaffed, but they can greet customers while making drinks, etc. acknowledgement of customers is crucial if you want to keep business!
Not the first time we have had problems! Usually we arrive to pick up our mobile order to find that they haven’t even seen it. Because they don’t pay attention!
Disappointed!
