Worst experience ever, Not good customer service, Employees are so lazy to make an order waiting time is too high for a lunch.

Was cut off at the intercom and told at the window she couldn't add any more items and that I should complain to corporate not her. I was told to park and wait in a spot since our food was being made, waited for 25 minutes and then only received half of our order. We got the man's attention who brought our food out to us and let him know half our order was missing, he then proceeded to spit on the ground and then wipe the remainder spit off with his hand and wanted to grab our bag with half of our food in it. After about 10 more minutes of waiting we went in to see the same man sitting at a table and he never told anybody about our missing food. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed in this dunkin donuts. I will never buy from here again.

We’re traveling her for work from Georgia and stopped in for a hot coffee on a rainy day, but for some reason we can’t get cold foam our coffee here as we do it Georgia so we changed to the new candy bar latte which is okay just little bitter taste. So why waiting on the drink we was thinking about the Halloween donuts when we noticed the bugs flying all over them, I immediately said no thank you! Then we left! Disgusting!!

I sat in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me the entire time. This is the slowest location I’ve ever been to.

Had Fantastic service asusual from cashier Liz friendly service really polite and great customer service and beautiful donuts so fresh
Apparently the staff doesn’t know the difference between vanilla and strawberry because every single time I order a vanilla frosted donut with sprinkles they always give me a strawberry. Easy stuff people.
Amazing service the staff are so friendly and kind always makes me feel welcome when I go to there store there customer service is above and beyond
Each time I go to Dunkin I'm treated well. I have no complaints overall and Nicole does a great job pushing everyone to get people through the day.
This Dunkin is my every morning stop. I love the crew and the atmosphere they have created for me. The manager of this location is the hardest worker there. She always makes sure the line stays moving as fast as possible. I’ve been through 3 managers at this location and she is by far the best one they have had. Please keep her.

We know all Dunkin’s are not built the same
To say this is sub par is an understatement! I simply asked for cold foam on my 6$ cup of hot coffee and I was immediately verbally assaulted and told I am not worth the lady losing her job over - this lady went on about this from the speaker to the window yelling at me

This was not my first unsettling experience at this Dunkin but it will be my last
The coffee always taste different and has a burnt bite to it at the end.
The morning I’m referring to in the review I ordered food which was a hard croissant
The lady at the drive through didn’t even say a word at all kinda disappointing, if you don’t want to work customer service then don’t work customer service not that hard… not even a Hi or a good day
These guys either don't have the food wanted, or they get the order all messed up, or both.
Manager is aweful! The whole management team should be revamped.
Sadly, dunkins anywhere u go now is no longer the same... u can definitely tell the doughnuts are no longer freshly made and come in frozen.
