Lady at the drive thru got annoyed with me when she messed up my order. Didn't even apologize. Tried to pull a fast one on me and not give me the bacon that I asked for. She was actually annoyed from the very beginning. Wouldn't even look at me when taking my payment.

The wait in the drive through line was pretty long, but the reason I’m leaving a review is because the frozen coffee I ordered was completely liquid and it had a hair in it. I’ve never experienced this at this Dunkin’, but this was pretty bad.

Submitted my order online for pick up through the window, when I arrived I told them it was a mobile order waited for an iced coffee and donuts. They told me they were out of a vanilla shot so I asked them to make it w/o. After receiving my drink I sat and waited and waited until they asked what I wanted? I responded that I also ordered donuts and had to reorder at the window meanwhile you can hear the workers talking about you inside? they keep looking at me like they wished I would just leave - the donuts were dry and stale so not even worth the wait. Will not return to this location- very poorly set up and the drive thru traps you in. Also pouring down rain and my inside window got soaked waiting for them just to realize they thought I was sitting there just for fun I guess ?

Went to dunkin this morning. Was in line forever told us our order was $18 and change. got to the window and Nicole stated 27 dollars we said no , we told her what we ordered she swiped our card and the recipient was wrong and charged us for items we didn’t order and card was charged for 23 and change. We told the type of donut we ordered 7 times. Horrible will not go back
We sat in line for about 25 minutes. 3 cars behind us backed out and left. We finally made it to the speaker to order and no one took our order after sitting at the speaker for about 10 minutes. We couldn't back out because cars were behind us. Once you are in line you are basically stuck. We didn't order. We just drove through and had to wait in line to leave. I was so glad not to be stuck in line anymore. We will not return to this location.

This is ridiculous. We are stuck in line no way to get out and this drive through not working. Staff doesn't care people has to go to work. This store needs to be overhauld. And to add to this disaster place. The drive through has 15 cars in line blocking the entrance and the person is taking 1 order. Has them come around pay then takes another. They can not handle orders and no one to supervise.
