I think we waited in the drive-through for about 3-4 minutes after placing our order, with only one vehicle in front of us. They were waiting to be served as well. We finally gave up on the drive-through and sent someone in for our order of a single hot tea, and we were on our way. This location is in the middle of a huge interstate intersection, so you'd think they would understand the importance of quick drive-through service.
