Firehouse Subs Elizabeth City

I just paid $30 for two loaves of bread that contained barely enough meat to make a meal. The convenience just isn’t worth the price when the quality has gotten this bad. The only good thing about this experience was the friendly staff.

Ordered on line when got there to pickup didn't give us chips or drinks for combo. Then looked in bag and was missing sub. Had to get bag to prove everything. Was short of calling us a lair. Then to 15 more minutes to get sub they forgot to start with. Will never be back. Totally unsatisfied all the way around

Would give 0 stars if I could ordered subs for the family ask for no mayo they put it on both sides so when we got home and found out we called so they could have a new sub ready when we got there but they left us on hold and then hung up on us when we got to the parking lot. Will not ever go to this fire house again! It’s too bad the previous owner sold it new management is horrible

Attempted to call a order in but the phone was off the hook. This happens all the time if you call in a order when they first open up for business.

We have been coming here since it opened. The people that isin this store now has no customer service skills. The manager is rude. On her phone everytime we come. The "Welcome to Firehouse" greeting is not said anymore. The staff has no smiles on their faces. The atmosphere is not welcoming t all. Then the service is very slow

Speedy sandwich

I placed and order via door dash to take advantage of the buy one get one medium sub promotion.
I placed the order at 10:30, and was told my food would be delivered around 11:10.
Around an hour after my order I noticed the building was still preparing the two sandwiches.
Then I get a notification that the order was canceled by the store.
When I go to Re-Order, the buy one get one option is no longer available.
So the store waited until the offer expired so they would not have to give me what I paid for.
Despicable behavaior, lack of integrity, and overall horrible service.
