I never had an issue with this place. I don't know if it's new management or the lack of training when preparing food. Had an online order for rapid pickup at 6:20pm. Got there and I didn't see my order. Thought maybe they're still preparing it. The worker behind the counter ask me did I place an order and I said yes and gave him my name. They had it behind the counter which was odd because normally they'll have at the rapid pickup shelf. Got my drink and went home. Opened the bag and looked at my disappointment of a soggy mess. One sub was mushy and the container was wet. The other sub underneath was a mess, too. Both were Italian subs with no added extra toppings. My mom refused to eat hers. I didn't blame her. Will not be going to this location again. Such a disappointment!

I went just yesterday. They were all standing there with clueless looks on their face as I walked in to order. I specifically asked for a 6 inch hook and ladder(not a 4 inch) and 6 inch turkey ( again not a 4 inch). Why wasn't there a manager over the age of 40? It was not clean in there. Never will I go in to order again.

Ask for fork the place is filthy. They’re standing around doing nothing. The ice machine doesn’t work. They’re eating behind the counter whether they’re making your food too busy on their phones and your dining area is disgusting. That’s all I have to say I feel sorry for you. kids do not wanna work today.

Came in Friday march 21 2025 to pick up an online order they where clueless got home when to eat my sub I could not pick it up it was swimming in mayo the bread was mush an the pastrami was like shoe leather you could not even chew it some one needs to educate these kids working in here please this is not a good look I thought I would give yall another try but this time I ordered a small sub combo and 2 bowels of chicken and dumpling soup got home missing one of the soups idk if they will ever get it together

Ordered in the app, food was exactly as we ordered and very good

Wonderful place to eat and dine in at. My son even loves to go there and he’s very picky being autistic.

We ordered 4 subs. They didn’t give us any pickles with our subs and I ordered a kids combo and only gave me a sub. Just a dry sub with no mayo or anything too. Will not be returning

The food is good ,and it's made fresh. The customer service is very good

Went in and the lady told me itll be about 15 min wait which I was fine with. Waited over 50 minutes for my food ask if they had started or where it was and it hadn't even been started. So ended up just get a refund. Worse part is ill never get that 50 minutes back.

First time I was there at any firehouse up The bread was nice and soft it was plenty of meat and food tasted great The people working now we're outstanding

I just paid $30 for two loaves of bread that contained barely enough meat to make a meal. The convenience just isn’t worth the price when the quality has gotten this bad. The only good thing about this experience was the friendly staff.

Ordered on line when got there to pickup didn't give us chips or drinks for combo. Then looked in bag and was missing sub. Had to get bag to prove everything. Was short of calling us a lair. Then to 15 more minutes to get sub they forgot to start with. Will never be back. Totally unsatisfied all the way around

Would give 0 stars if I could ordered subs for the family ask for no mayo they put it on both sides so when we got home and found out we called so they could have a new sub ready when we got there but they left us on hold and then hung up on us when we got to the parking lot. Will not ever go to this fire house again! It’s too bad the previous owner sold it new management is horrible
