The food was amazing but the staff and the conversation in the dinning room was less than professional. Don't get me wrong we have eaten here several times and always loved it, but the staff and their talk in the open dining room area was less than professional, and made dining in to a point that we just left.

I usually have amazing service at every Firehouse Subs I go to. Today it was like none of the employees want to work. My online order was not ready when I got there. Was finally ready 10 minutes after it was supposed to be. There were 4 people working on the food line and I think they thought they were turtles as slow as they were moving. I got no sorry you had to wait or anything. Food was prepared wrong too. Asked for no green peppers and got green peppers. First time ever that...
