Stopped in at lunch time to try one of their Bag specials. The special includes two full size double cheeseburgers, hot ham & cheese sandwiches, hot dogs or chicken strip wraps plus fries and medium drink for $5.99. I chose two double cheeseburgers and after a five minute wait even though I requested no seasoning on my hot crinkle cut fries, it was fresh and the staff was very polite. I took my food to go so did not check out the dining room or bathroom but I will go back again

Service was Quick and Courteous. Food items were Fresh, Hot, and Prepared Well. The Chicken Tender Platter is a great value, and it can fill you up. *Sometimes Hardee's will send out coupons which is nice.
The counter top was sticky. The drink machines and tea canisters looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, (slimy buildup). This restaurant is generally dirty. I didn’t go ti the bathroom so I can only imagine. While my breakfast sandwich was satisfactory, I wouldn’t drink anything. This restaurant needs an impromptu inspection!

The lady at the window that took my order was great. Dude in the back that fix my order know he wrong, he poured so much salt on my burger trying to disguise how old it was my mouth was tingling. Beware of undercooked chicken tenders and old salty burgers.

Well we just left there after my wife and I went in for a quick lunch and stood at the front counter just about 2 minutes until a young man walk from the back to the register and then we stood there for a few more minutes while he tried to I guess log in and NO JUST A MINUTE, NO HELLO, NO HOW ARE YOU WE JUST STOOD THERE WAITING FOR ANY COMMUNICATION BUT IT DIDNT HAPPEN. So we said “ no hello so anything” and we got a blank stare so we left and will NEVER GO BACK!!!! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO PROPERLY DO THEIR JOB. A GREETING IS JUST COMMON CURTSY!!! WECOME TO 2024

I usually won't leave a good review for mix ups but there was a small hiccup in our order and receipt. The way everything was handled was very professional and had hot food. Thank you for your food service today. And again thank you for handling the mix up professionally. Will come to this specific location more often just for how this was handled because it's hard to find good professional people especially in fast food service (I can vouch for both in the store n as a customer) .
