I was the second person in line, I placed my order, I said thank you and I got no response. When I got to the window, I rolled my window down thinking the cashier was going to ask my card like they normally do, but he had me sitting there with my window down while it was raining the entire time and when he finally opened the window, that’s when he grabbed my card and then proceeded he gave me all of my food, and then had an attitude when I asked for jelly and ketchup, politely and respectfully even though I was given a nasty attitude, and only gave me two packets of ketchup for a medium hash brown in my combo when they usually give you at least 4 to 5 for that size. Later when I got home, I noticed that my biscuit was smashed in half and the biscuit was already dry which is funny since they open at 5 AM and I placed my order a little bit before 6 AM.
I’m not sure why the cashier had me waiting in the rain when he clearly seen me roll my window down and then proceeded to still have an attitude. Maybe they decided to take longer with my food so they could smash my biscuit, but I don’t know but cameras do though. Maybe it’ll be better next time. If there is one.

Horrible, rude and food was super nasty. Went through the drive thru had to wait 15 minutes for the order once we got it was incorrect. I went inside took the burgers out the bag to see if they were right one was suppose to be a double bacon burger it had a half piece of burger pattt on it and two pieces of bacon ketchup and mayo all over the place not made right at all missed a fries and two other burgers made disgusting. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl in the back started yelling what does she want!!! What's her problem. I asked for a refund. The place needs to be closed down or fire everyone and rehire new people. Tbe lady in the drive thru was nice and seem as if she was doing everyone's job.

While ordering the manager that took my order cut me off and gave me my total like I was done had to back up and trigger the drive through again just to finish my order than she argued with me over her rudeness I will drive though elsewhere I have lived here 4 months and I’ve been here several times and I have yet to find a employee that’s not rude at this location

I was just delivered food by a friend, as he was in the drive through the employee dropped my food on the ground and tried to give it to my friend to give me. This was witnessed by BOTH of my friends. The window person/manager refused initially to replace the sandwich. Argued for minutes straight. Argued first “I didn’t drop it” and then changed to “the wrapper is all that touched the floor” . Held up the line til there was a line of honking cars. I am a cook. Sanitation should not be questioned and now I question every SINGLE thing I have ordered previously because cleanliness isn’t a priority for people who work there and touch food. I hope HR sees this. Do better Hardee’s crew. Won’t be ordering here for a while, nor will others who read this review. NEVER offer me food I PAID FOR if it TOUCHED THE DISGUSTING KITCHEN FLOOR. Thanks.

My first and probably the last time I'm coming to this location. While my food was a little cold but still okay, there is a constant loud, annoying beep coming from the kitchen area that never stops. Throughout my entire meal it never stopped.

Don the breakfast manager was rude and in the middle of taking payment, he just walked away. I asked one of the other employees if I was good, she was very polite and said yes. I’ve never seen an unhappier manager.

I normally go out of my way and go to Camden if my family wants Hardee’s. Every single time I order from here I either have to wait 30-45 minutes in the drive thru line, or if I use uber eats I am always missing items or it looks like all of the food was just jump shotted into the bag and there is gravy and hash rounds all over the place. I hate this place. Attached is a photo of the bottom of my bag this morning showing my upside down extra gravy spilled all over the bag and the biscuit as well as all of the hash rounds stains that were laying on the bottom of the bag. Note* does not show the inside of the breakfast platters that were complete jumbled messes and all of the rest of the hash rounds that were on top of everything that I had to put back into the bags by myself to dole them out to my family
