Went for breakfast. It was super busy, but we were seated quickly. Our order was taken soon after being seated and the food came out timely and correct. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive even though it was a packed restaurant.

Right across from my hotel, in was lively and energetic atmospher and staff with lightning fast service. The pancakes where just what I needed on a cold morning. And the spicy parlando omelet had me ready for the day. Delicious!

Place is a joke. Food Luke warm. Tasted like it had been sitting under a lamp for awhile. Very dry and non flavorful. Managers and servers sit in back booths chatting and on phones. Smells like sour milk. Needs a cleaning and some better employees who actually want to work. This is family owned but if this was my family legacy Iād get new managers and fix this restaurant

This is the very best IHOP we have been to in many years. We were so impressed with the food and service. We couldn't believe that this was an IHOP since they were known for terrible service. We had to go back for breakfast to make sure that this IHOP was for real. We suggest that IHOP corporate use this location in Elizabeth City, NC as an example of how an IHOP should be operated. Thanks to the Manager, Janet and her talented staff.

Food was good, waitress was good, the time we sat at front waiting to be seated is the 4 star, we waited about 10 mins and where getting ready to leave before we where acknowledged, I understand being busy and what not but there where only 3 seated tables and I felt like more attentive response to the front door is always needed

Although my companion enjoyed her Pumpkin Spice pancakes, my simple order of pancakes, link sausage, and fried eggs went unfinished. The sausage was very spicy (not disclosed on menu), the pancakes were tough, and the over-easy eggs were overcooked. Disappointing!

This is a family oriented place, so going there at a regular breakfast time can be hectic and noisy. We went there today at 9 am on a Saturday so it was crowded with families. We were ar this location a few weeks ago and it was better than our experience this morning.
The pancakes were good, as was the service, but the good news ended there
The eggs, biscuits, hash browns. And sausage links looked and tasted like prepackaged microwave food. The coffee had a burned flavor and the bacon was too salty for either of us
I ate the pancakes, sausage, and drank the coffee. All the rest was mixed into our pet's lunch. This was not even a good try for IHOP.
