This is a family oriented place, so going there at a regular breakfast time can be hectic and noisy. We went there today at 9 am on a Saturday so it was crowded with families. We were ar this location a few weeks ago and it was better than our experience this morning.
The pancakes were good, as was the service, but the good news ended there
The eggs, biscuits, hash browns. And sausage links looked and tasted like prepackaged microwave food. The coffee had a burned flavor and the bacon was too salty for either of us
I ate the pancakes, sausage, and drank the coffee. All the rest was mixed into our pet's lunch. This was not even a good try for IHOP.

Wonderful friendly service with hot fresh cooked food!! I had 3 eggs over medium, sausage links, & hash browns, that was all so dang delicious!! And friendly employees, WoW!! Gave 100% top it was good. Our waitress looks like Queen Latifa... so much that we had to tell her. We frequent often.

Always garbage it's like Applebee's and McDonald's had a stillbirth that got raised by a dollar store. But kids love the name recognition. š¤·āāļø it's impossibly slow, no form of service at all. And I really don't know how the food can be burnt and cold when if finally gets to the table.

It's IHOP. Tasty food, nothing extravagant. But the hash browns were just right. And Christine was a great server.

Went for an early dinner, its was super quiet, only one other table. Service was extremely slow, waitress was not very kind or personable, seemed bothered by us. We told her we were ready to order, she said okay, and left, didn't come back for about 15 more minutes. sat for around an hour to get our food, which we didn't care really, we were just starving. Our omelets come out and we instantly noticed all of the mushrooms, and spinach are old, squishy, dark and smell. I mentioned this politely, and explained I am pregnant and have to be careful. To this, they responded with annoyed looks and argumentive remarks. Manager did not want to do anything about it. But she went back to the kitchen and you can hear her and her employees yelling over it, saying things about us, and the cook tried to refuse to remake. Very unprofessional. Eventually, food came back, honestly wish I'd just left. But we got to stare at our food for a while, after have asking for silver ware now 3 times.
The rest of the visit neither the server or manager came back to check up on us, except for the server to slam the receipt on the table and walk away while we finally ate. The manager also Eventually came back and made some more snide remarks, about us complaining. At the end when we were in the midst of paying, the lady from the table beside us came over and said I shouldn't have apologized to the manager for complaining because how I was being treated was unacceptable.
So all in all: great visit! Better service at Dicks where they get paid to be rude. At least then its a fun time!

4.5 years ago we swore our first stop in, was our last stop. My husband was craving iHop this morning so we gave it a shot. MUCH better food and service! We are glad we made the stop in. Employees were great! Friendly, busting their tail, making sure they provided great service. We shared our previous experience with our server and she advised there had been a lot of changes. The owner was there working just as hard as his employees if not harder to make sure his employees were supported and his guests were pleased. Speaks volumes about the establishment.
