Two of us stopped in and ordered our favorite subs and ate there. Service and food were great, as usual. We'll be back!!

Went in ordered 3 steak and cheese subs. 1 with just meat and cheese. 1 meat cheese mayo, 1 meat cheese mayo onions macaroons mayo . Ibhad to repeat my order 9 times in line and again once I paid and sat Down. That's 10 times I repeated above order to them. It still came out wrong. Completely dissatisfied and not sure I would return. Sad cause I spent 60 on 3 subs and it was horrible

I ordered a veggie sub, and this's what I got. The sandwich artist(s) didn't even attempt to fill it out. There were only three thin slices of green pepper and tomato ?; there was more cheese (Swiss and Provolone) than veggies. I added onions and banana peppers (which they didn't put on); that was my fault and should've said something. Thinking about it, it would've been nice if lettuce also came on it; I also added mayonnaise and yellow mustard, which was a good amount. Two stars for the disappointing lunch. Atmosphere 4 stars. I will not be coming back.

If I could give zero stars for service I would. So disgustingly rude in that place. Genuinely probably one of the worst restaurant experiences i’ve ever had. First of all, you walk in, everyone staring at you with dirty looks, not a single word said from any employee. Got my sandwich made, I guess what was ok. Got to the register and the BOY, because that was no man, proceeds to ask me questions, mumbled every word out of his mouth, then when I misunderstood him, VERY RUDELY asked “Hello can you even hear me” literally with the nastiest tone i’ve ever heard. Left no tip. Nothing was deserved. There was also another girl in there, out of the 7 employees doing nothing just standing around, Brown hair, no jaw line (Bobs burgers character type no jaw line) just staring HARD made eye contact with her probably a dozen different times because she was literally just staring at me….fućk!ng rude. Will never go back, DO NOT RECOMMEND to literally anybody, not even my worst enemy.

Server was very rude and you can tell she did not want to be there!!! On a giant sub, I requested that two of the four slices of cheese be different and it is a regular request of mine going to that location and is always done the way I ask, I mean we are paying for it, but she not only did she refuse, when I finally got fed up and asked for extra cheese so that I could get the cheese I wanted, she bagged it up. I did not pay extra on top of an already pretty expensive sub to have to dress it correctly when I get home, completely pissed, and turned off from the meal at this point. We all know how we picture our meals and the importance of it coming out the way that we wanted..

I just left Jersey Mike's after waiting for about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I walked into the store but the people working at the counter were too busy talking about how someone was stole from under her mom and a bunch of gossiping drama to say good morning and they would be with me shortly. Or to better yet take my order, which is crazy because Jersey Mike's is normally my favorite place to eat especially when I'm pregnant. I will most certainly be finding another local place to get my craving satisfied.

Ordered a bacon, lettuce, and tomato sub with mayo. Received a bacon and mayo sub. Was rudely told that I had to specifically ask for lettuce and tomato on a BLT, which I did since I specifically ordered a regular sized bacon, lettuce, and tomato with mayo sub. This place is heading down the toilet with the current management. Will not be going back.

Me and my family came in today it was about eight of us the delivery of our food is fast fresh I put a four-star because my sandwich didn't have a lot of flavor I got the Philly cheese steak but everybody else sandwich was amazing other than that the customer service and manager was awesome everybody has smiles and I love to see everybody that was working there ways communicating very well with each other I'll be back

This is the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. I hate the other locations. Sub/s are always ready when I get there, and I love the pick up shelf for online orders. 4 instead of 5 stars because they seem to be using less meat than they did just a few months
