Me and my family came in today it was about eight of us the delivery of our food is fast fresh I put a four-star because my sandwich didn't have a lot of flavor I got the Philly cheese steak but everybody else sandwich was amazing other than that the customer service and manager was awesome everybody has smiles and I love to see everybody that was working there ways communicating very well with each other I'll be back

This is the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. I hate the other locations. Sub/s are always ready when I get there, and I love the pick up shelf for online orders. 4 instead of 5 stars because they seem to be using less meat than they did just a few months

20 bucks for a philly cheese steak i can make better at home for 3 buck bull s!!! I have never been so disappointed by a philly cheese steak I'm ashamed that it could even be called that you should just call it dog meat on a dry bun I will not be visiting this establishment again!!!

What happened to this place, it used to be my spot? Made an online order for a Jersey Shore Special in a wrap and a Chicken Portobello Reg sub and the portion size has gone waaay down hill. Where's the meat?

I ordered a club Supreme and there was very little meat on it. Tasted more like alot of lettuce. And the girl kept asking me what I wanted on it. Even do I want bacon! Isn't that partof the club supreme. Very disappointed!

We ordered a giant sub on rosemary parm bread, and it was awesome as usual. But we ordered a big Kahua in a tub, and even though it tasted good, it was very small in the bowl even with lettuce under the chicken. There really should be a way to include all the items that would normally be on the sub in the tub.

The food was good as always, but for some reason there was a holdup on the service. Could have been a training moment but there were five people behind the counter waiting for one person to cut cheese and meat. It was pretty weird and awkward, but after about 6 minutes of standing there, the line started moving

Another overpriced sandwich place that wasn't anything special. I ordered a Philly cheese steak and got handed a very dry sandwich that had very little meat on it and mushy bread with a few onions and peppers. I wanted some lettuce and tomato on it but they just wrapped up the sandwich to go and handed it to me. Certainly wasn't worth $10, I won't be going back.
Young employees need to treat customers better,I made a order online and pre paid for it went in to get it put a five dollar bill in the tip jar and the young man that works there pulled it out and said comments about hie it was NOT a good enough tip,I was humiliated and I will never be back there again and BTW it was one sub I got and paid 22.00 dollars for this glutin free sub and a 5.00 tip so almost 30.00 dollars to be made to feel bad,horrible experience!

Stopped in for a sub during lunch. There were a half dozen employees behind the counter and all looked busy. I was the ONLY person at the cash register and stood there for five minutes without one employee say Hello, Hi, or We'll be with you in minute. One guy walked up to the register, hit some buttons, looked my right in the eye, and walked away. I walked out and went to Subway. AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

They forget my bacon 90% of the time. I hate going here.I've never before seen a location where you have to ASK for bacon on a #8 or #9 club sub!! It's ridiculous!
