After food poisoning food samples have been sent to the State. This place needs to be closed and bulldozed.
I had extremely bad service tonight. 1st, the doors were locked so everyone had to go thru drive up. 2nd, after waiting in a long line if cars when I finally got to the speaker and started my order I was told there were no pot pies tonight. I had waited almost 1/2 hour. Very disappointed. We are or were loyal customers! Maybe not anymore!
My parents and I brought home š” the chicken sandwiches for dinner š½.

The fact that it takes over an hour to get 6peaces of chicken is outrageous and that one of the cooks or kitchen staff is wiping there snoty nose then touching people's food is discussing

Visited yesterday at 4:30 and the girl at the drive thru register was rude. Why did they get rid of the nice lady?? Didnāt get sauce I requested and chicken meal looked like it had been violently shaken. Thumbs down with an L on my forehead rating!

First time I went I was dissatisfied with my meal, so I thought I would try again a second time⦠I wonāt go a third time thatās for sure! Ordered 6 wings to go and my wings looked like something they pulled out of the trash. They were so burnt and old I couldnāt even eat them. Come on KFC you can do better⦠maybe mention you didnāt have any fresh ones. I would have waited. Wonāt go back.

The kfc franchise in Elizabeth City NC is in very bad condition. If you can't hire enough hires then close the inside and only have driver thru. Me and my daughter stop by the other day went in to order and no one would acknowledge us other than just look at us. Poor customer service and very unclean. The place is definitely going down hill fast. It's ashame.

One of the cleanest KFCs I have been in for a very long time. Looks pretty new, staff was great and my takeout order was just right. I have not been in KFC for a very long time because the last time there was more grease in the bucket...than chicken. 100% turn around!

We ordered via the App. Food was hot and ready upon our arrival. Kelly greeted us with a smile and was eager to be sure we had everything we wanted with our meal! It's so nice to spend time in this clean and friendly establishment!

I recently ordered a special buy one get one free order through the KFC app and when my husband returned home with the order the other bucket was missing. It was partially my fault because I didn't remind him that there should be two buckets. He drove back to the store and after looking at the order the KFC worker realized her mistake, apologized and gave us something extra. I don't think buy one get one free buckets of chicken are common so I can understand why she overlooked it.
People make mistakes but how you handle the mistake is what's important to me. We've always ordered a few more times and everything was good. Their biscuits are always fresh and super soft.

The food taste like KFC no doubt. Itās good. But service is hit or miss. For example. If they are closing at midnight and itās 10:20pm and they donāt have what I ordered. I donāt under why they couldnāt just go cook it. Instead I get attitude and basically the window shut in my face telling me to pull up. Yall open for another hour and a half. There should be no excuse as to why I canāt get the food I wanted and being told to get the regular chicken. Thatās like going into a store and having them tell you what to get. With attitude. And at work not doing your job is crazy. Just find another job.
Also PURPOSELY making me wait 30-40 minutes also makes me not to ever come back to this location. To the chick with the blue hair. That dropped my bag in my hand with an attitude. Find a new job.

I ordered family meal with 2 sides, and they gave us the wrong order. I just figured they gave us the wrong order when we arrived home. Lesson learned ,So next time before i leave, i need to make sure it is the right one and i have to double check our order.
