The kfc franchise in Elizabeth City NC is in very bad condition. If you can't hire enough hires then close the inside and only have driver thru. Me and my daughter stop by the other day went in to order and no one would acknowledge us other than just look at us. Poor customer service and very unclean. The place is definitely going down hill fast. It's ashame.

One of the cleanest KFCs I have been in for a very long time. Looks pretty new, staff was great and my takeout order was just right. I have not been in KFC for a very long time because the last time there was more grease in the bucket...than chicken. 100% turn around!

I recently ordered a special buy one get one free order through the KFC app and when my husband returned home with the order the other bucket was missing. It was partially my fault because I didn't remind him that there should be two buckets. He drove back to the store and after looking at the order the KFC worker realized her mistake, apologized and gave us something extra. I don't think buy one get one free buckets of chicken are common so I can understand why she overlooked it. People make mistakes but how you handle the mistake is what's important to me. We've always ordered a few more times and everything was good. Their biscuits are always fresh and super soft.

The food taste like KFC no doubt. It’s good. But service is hit or miss. For example. If they are closing at midnight and it’s 10:20pm and they don’t have what I ordered. I don’t under why they couldn’t just go cook it. Instead I get attitude and basically the window shut in my face telling me to pull up. Yall open for another hour and a half. There should be no excuse as to why I can’t get the food I wanted and being told to get the regular chicken. That’s like going into a store and having them tell you what to get. With attitude. And at work not doing your job is crazy. Just find another job.
Also PURPOSELY making me wait 30-40 minutes also makes me not to ever come back to this location. To the chick with the blue hair. That dropped my bag in my hand with an attitude. Find a new job.

I ordered family meal with 2 sides, and they gave us the wrong order. I just figured they gave us the wrong order when we arrived home. Lesson learned ,So next time before i leave, i need to make sure it is the right one and i have to double check our order.

Person waiting on the window is extremely rude she seems to be put out she's not feeling the drink cups up and was not happy at all about me asking her to fill up the cup and was extremely dismissive it is not the type of atmosphere I'm used to at this KFC
I ordered two orders of chicken and a coleslaw the person at the window was obviously not in the mood to be nice to people and since I one of my first jobs was KFC I have a understanding of what the chicken is supposed to taste like and the service is supposed to be and I'm very sad to report Not only was she very rude but I really believe when I asked her to refill the drink to the top like she should that she dosed it with some other flavor because it was terrible nasty Diet Coke the food was very old and I and I understand that they're trying to close probably at 9:00 I felt as though I was really bothering her to wait on me she shut the window as I was explaining to her I was not trying to upset her to ask for my drink to be filled
