Little Caesars Pizza

Not friendly staff. Teenagers that kinda give you a blank stare. Seems all customer service is this way anymore with teens.

I normally really enjoy this spot as the food is quick, good quality, and consistent. But recently ive been getting pizzas that have had paper thin crust, it feels like they are trying to skimp out on the customers or maybe there is a training issue. I dont expect a whole lot from Little Caesars, so to under deliver on that is crazy. The messed up ceiling tiles, cracked floors and 90 health code rating is really putting me off from here going forward. That being said Preston did remake my pizza and offered me some breadsticks for the trouble which was very nice. This place does need to be assessed for overall quality though.

There is a lack of urgency when the store gets full of customers who are waiting for food in a timely manner. Do better on efficiency.

Not hot and ready had to wait 20 minutes. Once we got our wings they were not cooked all the way and just very nasty. The pizza was cold and seemed old. The only thing good was the cheese breadsticks

Great People working here but let's be real. The box it comes in is better than the food itself. I say food because it's a crime calling this Pizza

My dad and I pulled up, I ran in, grabbed 2 ready 2 go pizzas, and we were gone in a matter of minutes. The pizzas were hot and delicious when we got home, later that evening, and even for breakfast. The place was clean and the staff was nice and friendly.

This pizza 🍕 place is similar to Domino's, Papa John's and Wawa.

The pizza was but when I got home and tried the crazy bread it was hard as a brick.

I placed an online order, after receiving an email saying the order was done I went to pick it up. When I arrived they told me it wasn't done yet. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked for my order again, they then told me that my online order had been lost and it would be another 25 minutes. I asked for reimbursement they told me they would credit my reimbursement back to my credit card because it was an online payment. I have not been reimbursed. And I sent an email to the company and have not heard anything back.

Ordered from them. Came all the way into Elizabeth City and they said they just gave my pizza away. I asked him if they had my code and he said no they said it was a cheese pizza and the worker said my name and he said yes. They should be letting the customer say the name or the code. I went to dominos. I was not going to order from them and have to wait. That was the whole point of ordering on the app.

Hit or miss... like all Lil ceasers their quick to give you a 3hr old pizza of your not on top of it!!! If it's fresh then it's what you expect.... that's the only gamble
