don’t waste your time, just drive to the other one. there’s an issue with my order every single time. they’re just lazy, the other mcdonald’s in town is great and will be going there from now on. I don’t appreciate getting attitude because i want what i paid for.

we pulled over during a drive because the parking lot was empty and we were hungry. the woman up front was not rude but not welcoming, however we went to the wrong window so i can understand some frustration. we waited for 10-15 minutes for our food after ordering. i don’t usually mind, but it was empty. this is not my first choice

Awful service. Slow slow slow. Placed my order at the kiosk. And just waited and waited.... No one at the counter. Anyone who appeared from the back, stares at the floor, refusing to make eye contact. . Definitely not fast food. Don't come here

If I could give negative stars I would. The staff are horrible with no customer service skills. The food is cold and inconsistent. I’m pretty much done with McDonalds. The inconvenient app with horrible service puts this place at the bottom of my list!!

This was one of the most disgusting McDonald's visits I have ever had. The floor was sticky like someone had mopped it with soda, as well as the table and chairs. No soap in the soap dispensers and no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. They were tremendously understaffed and the poor young women serving was obviously flustered with the lack of help. The quality of food was fine but the dining area was disgusting. It is doubtful that we will ever return to this location again.

I waited for 38 minutes for 2 happy meals, a cheeseburger, and 5 fountain drinks. I know places are understaffed but that was ridiculous. The manager didn't even offer to fix anything. Definitely will NEVER be returning to this location. (Side note- The order wasn't even correct when I got it.)

Had a mobile order- lady put me on hold the second I pulled up to the speaker- about 5 min.. then pulled up to the window, waited another 3 minutes just for them to ask me to pull into a spot to wait. This is why nobody comes to this McDonald’s anymore. It is a joke.
