This McDonald's is almost always busy! I HAVE to check my food to see if all is in the bag because it seems every other time I go through drive through something is missing! So when I go to retrieve what's missing they are always quick to get me my missing food with no problem!

They were fast. All food was correctly prepared, even with us asking for specific things. Specialities. One of the best mcdonalds I've been to in a long time.Glad to see the customer service is becoming that again. It was great.

I didn't get a lot this time. I got a iced coffee and a fish sandwich. But the coffee for some reason took extra time and I had to pull up into one of the spaces and wait. But the coffee was the best. I think i've ever had from mcdonald's or even starbucks it was top notch.

Every time I go here they decide not to serve food an hour or sometimes even longer before they close… with the exception of 1 time they make me sit at the drive thru menu till I get tired of waiting and finally leave. Their sign on window says drive thru closes at 12… I pull up at 11:10pm, see one of the guys working with his microphone still on, and they ignore me.

Our drive thru server was very polite, and does a very good job but unfortunately the manager was very rude. We received cold fries and kindly let our server know...while handing him the bag back the manager yells from across the store demanding him to take the fries back (when at this point he already had them.) Then she came to the window to share a few words, which was rude... meanwhile the worker was still polite and done an phenomenal job.

They are very rude very slow when there isn't even buisness. At drive thru window you can hear the workers swearing about customers pulling into to order. One whom complained because she was sick of getting her nails messed up an sick of dealing with ppl. Now look I understand times are hard and staff is short but don't punish a customer by displaying rude negligence in front of customers. Again there was only one other person in front of us. As we approached, the lady in the back ground said she is sick of ppl and about tired of folks coming for food and made us feel like we were a burden to come to McDonald's for food. I'm sorry times are hard but wow. That was cruel. To make a customer feel they should not be coming to a fast food buisness for food.....ummm. ok. And not to mention poor hygiene. No gloves no hair nets nothing was worn amongst food being made and wrapped up. Again I'm not trying to sound rude but if you like pulling into a fast food place only to feel you shouldn't have come to get food and have hair in it l,then fussed at then by means this is the spot for you. This was horrible and I won't come to this one again. Check your food before you eat it please. My 10 year old had hair in hers. I'm sorry things are hard and I hope it gets better but think about where your choosing to work before applying because if customer service isn't your game then don't do it. My kids and I'm sure others have ran into same issues. I'm over it. It's time for new hires north road st McDonald's. Your getting a very bad rep.
