We ordered on the app and picked it up. Our order was incorrect. We were charged for McDoubles and given regular burgers. No sauces or condiments for the fries and nuggets. When I explained this to the manager, he hung up on me. Horrible food and horrible service.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s. We’ve been eating here for a while and this has to be the last time. I ordered chicken nuggets and had to wait a good chunk of time to receive them so you would think they’re all fresh and not old and stale but you’d be wrong. Although some were fresh the majority was a couple hours old, I was willing to let that slide but finding a strand of hair in my chicken sandwich was diabolical.

I went through drive thru this morning and ordered a hot chocolate no whip with a splash of Carmel. The lady at the back window said it wouldn't let her ring me up for a hot chocolate so she rung me up for a small coffee . I get my drink and head home just for me to get home and see I was given a small hot cup of milk. So I drive all the way back and explained my issue . The lady who rung me up said she would remake it but when I got up to the 1st window , this lady was rude and through the window I could see that maybe they were annoyed with me like it was my fault . I was very polite . When I got my remake it had whipped cream on it when I said no whip but I just said thank you and the lady didn't acknowledge I said it. She gave me my cup and walked off with an attitude. The customer service in there needs work tremendously!
