When I am able to actually have my order filled, the food is fabulous. But, if you are looking to have anything of the baked good variety (including just about any bagel) you are most likely going to be highly disappointed, because those items are NEVER available past morning hours. Which is quite the shame, seeing as how they are currently promoting new bagel stacks. The other day, they were even out of the baguettes that accompany soup.

The manger was working the food line. I picked up my food and asked for an extra sauce. He said you already got one in the bag i don’t know why you need this.
As i am walking away someone comes up and ask for a sauce and he says you got extra and she said no i didn’t. He then proceeded to argue. Super odd and he was a total jerk.

Watching employees play on their phones as they mess up your order is absolutely disgusting.
The sandwich was a little disappointing from the picture they show. Next time maybe extra chicken. They show a big thick piece of mozzarella cheese and that's not in this sandwich.

I ordered the turkey sandwich with bacon and it was okay could’ve been better had they given me bacon that looked like “fresh” bacon and was actually cooked properly. Disappointed with that one
