Romeo's Pizza

Romeo's EC is fantastic. Food, Staff and atmosphere is fantastic. My only issue is that you need to update your store hours on Google.

Placed an order last week on Tuesday at 7:52PM. hours clearly showed 9pm closing.

No a single courtesy call advising you were closing soon and when we arrived to pick up our order. Lights off and doors locked. This was frustrating because not only did our dinner plans change but we are out the money spent on our Pizza.

That all said Romeo's is still top notch but if you're going to promote online order you should really check your hours are listed correctly. I have suggested edit for hours to be updated on Google. We'll see if this gets updated.

All fresh ingredients. Very good crust on the pizza & the calzone. I recommend the veggie calzone if you're looking for a non meat option. It was ready by the time indicated.

I do like Romeo's, they are great in a pinch. My kids do not like the sweet sauce, but I do find it different and enjoyable. However, my issues are with the add ons in the app. The last few orders I have placed with them, I ordered the wings with the sauce on (chili), and everytime they send them dry and on the side. This does not seem a big deal but I feel they taste better when shakin in the sauce and have better coverage. Also, I always ask for the dipping sauce that comes with the pizza and never receive it. Again this has no bearing on the food, but when ordered and there is a specific area to order it the you should recieve it. The last 3 to 4 orders I have placed with them has been the same way. Work on filling the order the way it is ordered.

I paid NINE DOLLARS for 4 wings? Are yall serious lol. Also I ordered a cheesesteak and it had raw bell peppers. Come on now. 👎 yall should be embarrassed. Won’t order from here again. I also asked on Facebook the name of the manager and they said they can’t tell me because it’s a privacy concern lol. If you want actual good food from a pizza joint go to barleys instead.

Don’t waste your time. Let me start off by saying I’ve had their pizza before and normally it’s great but today’s order was a total disappointment from the pizza to the nonchalant response I received from the manager Cameron. We ordered two pizzas only for one to have very light sauce and the other to have basically none at all. We waited over an hour for our delivery order. When I called I placed on hold for 10 minutes and then given the option to “possibly work out a deal tomorrow” because it was 10minutes from closing. When I asked for a refund I was told that wasn’t possible. Not only was our dinner ruined but now we have to shell out more money for food because of Romeos piss poor service. NEVER ordering from here or recommending them to anyone. Save your time and money!!!

I ordered 1 pound of wings which is 10-12 wing but I only got 7 singles on the app that's half a pound and I paid for a pound

I feel scammed. I get online it says 5-7 wings for $8.99, but I did not expect getting 4 drumsticks with barely any meat and one flat and they were cold. Very disappointed.

Italian sub was not the best. After driving from Hertford to EC and back home had mayo on it instead of Italian dressing. Yuk!!
