We came and waited and waited and nobody would serve us. There was a weird smell inside so we left.

Ordered the fish and chips. The cut of fish was so thin, it ended up being over cooked.
Literally went today and stood to the door waited to be seated looked at the time and 12 minutes have passed so we decided to seat ourselves and when I mentioned to the waitress no one seated us mind you they were slow in there maybe 2 tables at most. She says to me with an attitude I’ll be right with you and looks like she’s irritated immediately we decided to leave and spend our money else where. I’m also a regular and will not be returning. Very poor customer service.
Amber was a wonderful server. Attentive and very friendly.
This place needs an update really bad.
Our waitress Amber was excellent. The store was nice and clean. The service was fantastic. The food arrived hot and was delicious.
We go to Ruby Tuesday's pretty regularly, but today we had the perfect waitress, Hannah! It wasn't just her pleasant personality, but also her knowledge of the new menu items and her recommendations!
How can you go wrong with a BOGO offer? Elissa was spot on with our order and very friendly!

We made it a point to diner here at least three times a month. The last 2, we ordered the 6 oz Ribeye steak. So far, it has been 0-2 on an editable steak. If you eat here, stick with the salad bar.

All I can say....when I left the restaurant, I sent an email to corporate. No customer service skills AT ALL! Too much wrong for me to type....if you think about going, don't!
