My sister and I enjoyed a delicious dinner tonight and everything was perfect. Our server, Julianne, is without a doubt one of the friendliest servers we have ever had at any restaurant. She was very courteous and attentive. Jaylen kept the salad bar completely filled with fresh foods. He seems to be a very happy worker and is also very friendly. Keep up the good job, Ruby Tuesday's! We look forward to our next visit with you.

Elizabeth City, NC 12/26/25! Great experience! Restaurant was clean! Staff was pleasant especially JALEN (deserves to be a Manager or given a RAISE)! The salad bar was delicious! If ever I'm in town again I'll definitely dine here ! Thanks CHER!

Ordered pickup with 3 entrees and only received 2. Both the girl on the phone and then the manager said it was in the bag, Manager said he personally put it there. Either a flat out lie or someone hungry took it out of the bag. On top of that buns where hard, and the medium burger was undergone. They did replace the missing order but time wasted was not worth the wait or the meal. Thought we would give the Ruby Tuesdays another chance but should have known better. Sucked awhile ago and still sucks today. Way to keep it consistent Elizabeth City Ruby Tuesdays.
