I ordered food that was horrible and instantly made me vomit. I barely ate the food and sent it back to the restaurant. The manager said they don’t do refunds with the food and receipt being present. I will not recommend nor will they have my business away.

The food needs a little more flavor and the place could use a good scrub down.

We came in for dinner tonight (Sunday). The food was decent. And our server, I think her name was Amber was great.I had a huge issue though with the music that was coming from the kitchen. I had my children in here and their music was very loud and vulgar. Especially heavy on F words and racial slurs (N words). Not appropriate at all.

I have no idea what has happened to EC Ruby Tuesdays. We’ve patronized it for years but no more. The last few years it has gotten worse & worse. The food is terrible. I have always loved their 6-oz. Sirloin-tender, juicy, & flavorful. Last month they served me the thinnest, driest steak (???) I had ever seen. It was equivalent to the Steakums you buy for cheesesteak sandwiches. I hate complaining so proceeded to eat my potato. The waiter was so kind so I finally asked him about it. He was clearly uncomfortable & embarrassed about how thin it was. He finally admitted that they had recently been getting these thin 6-oz. steaks & said if I had ordered the 12-oz. I would have gotten their “normal” tasty, normal cut. I was so disappointed. Had he told me when I ordered I definitely would not have ordered it. Now I see other reviews on here about the same thing. The ribeye was much thinner than my pinkie finger. Trust me, this is NOT an exaggeration. The chef & manager should be ashamed. My husband had the salad bar (I stopped doing that several months back) & it was pretty bad too. This is “ goodbye RT for us.”

Delicious food, excellent servers. I wish I lived closer, I would eat there more often.Wheelchair accessibility: It was incredibly easy to roll into the restaurant and the server immediately took us to a table where a chair was swiftly removed to make room for my wheelchair. My legs were not cramped under the table, either, which is something unfortunately common with the types of tables used in a lot of restaurants.

In town on business.Came to this location was told it would be a 30 minute. Wait no tables available after seeing multi tables said the kitchen was backed up. I'm formed the girl. All I wanted was a salad bar, wasn't ordered no food. And and said no table available because of the food, very unsatisfied will not come to this location again. When I'm here on business. And pretty much I would have been serving myself. And yes I left

Food was not worth the money.

For starters we were told there would be a 30 minute wait to be seated despite multiple empty tables and few dine-in customers. The reason given was that "the kitchen is backed up". Once we were finally seated it took some time before our waitress appeared. The time between taking our drink orders and taking our food orders was excessive. Then there was the salad bar, which is my primary reason for dining at RT. There was no iceberg lettuce, they stated they had run out and would not get another delivery for two days. Several other items on the bar were empty and it was obvious it wasn't being serviced. The waitress took the salad bar off my bill, which was good, but still left me without my salad. It took excessive time to get our food and the waitress explained that this was due to the restaurant receiving so many take out orders. It's obvious this is where they put their priorities. At least the food was tasty and well prepared. The experience would have been somewhat better if the hostess would bother to smile and not look at customers as if she was disgusted to have to speak to them.

From the moment you walk in you see the dysfunction.... Staff rather be on break than help customers. 10 guests total ..was told 20 min wait because kitchen was behind. I said I only wanted salad bar ...could Sit at bar if I didn't want to wait. The place is crazy each visit.
