Cute atmosphere - however service was lacking / horrible. Waitress acted as if she didn’t want to be there - we got there when the place had just opened but somehow they were “out of” key items on their menu such as french fries & salad spring mix. While also telling us that we got the last of the crab dip.
Ordered / asked for an espresso martini & was treated as if it was an issue to start the espresso machine…..
Would not go back unfortunately - place has / has great potential.

This place is a hidden gem. Best place in Elizabeth City. The limited menu is catered and pristine. Excellent food and even better atmosphere. Bring your boat down. Enjoy the music, live bands, tiki bar, and experience the best the south has to offer. The staff are wonderful and attentive. Raynita is excellent and manages staff to tailor the wonderful atmosphere here. 10/5.

Had a wonderful meal and cocktails with my dear friend on the patio. Food was delicious (I had the shrimp and grits and my friend had scallops). Both delicious.
Service was excellent, food was hot and the atmosphere beautiful. Highly recommend!

Just terrible from beginning to end , took 20 mins for waitress to get drink order , 6 people ordered meals all were blah at best , had to beg to get checks so we could leave , then charged credit card service charge when wanted to pay cash , first was told it was a new NC tax , then was told it was a credit card fee , then told it was up to the owner , now we find out we were talking to the owner the entire time and not the manager - great location besides that all bad

My husband made reservations to dine at SAGOS for Sunday, September 22nd at 5:30pm. He even received a reservation confirmation text. We drove over an hour to get here just to find out that SAGOS is closed today for a private event!! We have tried calling several times to reach staff, but no one is answering. Someone on the private deck said that no one from SAGOS is here. This is extremely disappointing and was a waste of time, especially since we had a confirmed reservation.
