The young lady at the window this morning was a sweet heart! Give her a raise! It's definitely not what I expect from the employees in drive thru windows in eliz city. WELL DONE!

Going on 3 weeks.. can't even buy a cup of ice.. ridiculous to have to pay $3 for a drink when I just want ice...
Never had an experience quite like this Sonic visit, which may have damaged my opinion and stomach consuming fast food eateries from now on!! If not the cleanliness, food prep or simply passing bagged bacteria! PLEASE be careful everyone...this is NOT the same considerate generation of employees in these spaces!!

😲 sooo, we ordered what the screenshot is, and this is what we received. Paid for something we ordered and didn't get it. We made the circle to go back and make it right but decided not to take the chance. We just decided we will not go back. The order taker was very friendly but didn't take order correctly even when the order was repeated at the drive up window, and we corrected the order for her. The price of $21. and change was changed to $24. and change, and it was still wrong. This was just was another bites the dust.
Sonics food may be somewhat good but the customer service at the Sonics in Elizabeth City, NC should be ashamed of themselves! The app is forever glitching & even though they are "always aware of it" they never honor their advertised deals. When you place an order from the app AND CHECK IN WITH YOUR STALL #, they will swear you never checked in & keep you waiting for your food for hours. You can talk to every employee coming out & they will tell you your food is being prepared. Press the intercom button to find out why it's been an hour & they'll tell you no one ever checked in. Ask for a refund & they won't even bother to tell you to go through the app to get one. They will just leave you hanging for hours to come. And these things has happened to me on more than just one or two occasions. There's only one worker there that I exclude from this nonsense & his name is Shane Wolf. He is the only one that makes things right with the customers the best he can. If he's not there then Good Luck. I will be contacting their Corporate Headquarters.

The food overall was delicious. I don't care for the groovy fries (hard). We did take out and service was rather slow. One other thing we had only 2 napkins in our bag 😔

Never heard of a business that don’t do split payment and they have horrible customer service
Sonic used to be a cool place because everyone that was hired as a CarHop was required to wear roller skates now it's an option and you hardly ever get someone on skates but they do have really good drinks shakes and Sundays and if you go from 2 to 4:00 it is considered happy hour and all drinks are half price
