Waited forty minutes for an iced coffee after placing online order. Faster apparently to go through drive thru. Don’t waste your time ordering on the app. No apologies from staff. Even told people that walked in they should not order inside to go through the drive thru instead because their orders are made at time of order.

There were only two people working, I waited for 40 minutes for my order. Once I finally got my order my frappe tasted disgusting. I spent $10 for nothing and waited 40 minutes for nothing.

When there is only two people in your cafe and drive through was slow at10 o'clock in the morning, there is no reason why you should wait over 10 minutes to get a Chai Tea latte service has definitely gone downhill at this location.
