This S bucks is always jamming and sometimes the wait time is unreasonable even when ordering online. The problem is NOT the employees (they couldn't hustle faster) it is a lack of proper staffing for such a busy store. A+ to store employees C- to corporate.

I have been going to this location for over a year now and have not had 1 poor experience so far. The staff is always pleasant and the food and drinks are great. If you need something fixed they are on top of it. Honestly it amazes me how great their attitudes are knowing how busy this place can be and not all customers are the best. I love this Starbucks- wish it was closer to my home but I will drive to them regardless ❤️

Good stuff, just mind the sugar! Staff is greatDietary restrictions: Lots of substitutions available for the drinks if you're lactose intolerant. Also sugar free flavors available.

As soon as I pull out of drive through coffee is spilling all over the side. I get home with a soggy mess of a cup mind you the lid was on. I take it inside my house and take the lid off and it’s filled so far to the top it spilled over when I taken it off. Car is a mess and table because of simple manners issue with the employee. They knew when they smashed that lid on it was over filled.

The drive -thru line wasn't so bad this visit. The employee that took our order was polite & friendly. Enjoy Starbucks on occasion, but just too expensive for my budget.

My granddaughter and I got the bacon, egg and gouda sandwich. There was only a very small sliver of bacon on it. All we could taste was egg. We were very disappointed. I should have asked for a refund but it was so busy we left.

This is your average Starbucks with the rustic coffee-shop look and feel. Unfortunately, the coffee options are often overpriced. The food options are limited, but that is to be expects a coffee shop. Service was average.

The service has consistently gotten worse as have wait times. This past week I've waited at least 15 minutes each day. Today, over 30 and I couldn't cancel my order which meant leaving with no coffee & breakfast or cutting it very close to being late for work and not being able to do things I needed to before school.I will not be back, even when I'm on this side of town at all for the forseeable future. Please get it together Starbucks. Turn off mobile ordering if you can't handle the rush at 6:45 am.
