Ordered online. Pick up time 1155. Arrived at 12. Asked if order was ready. Told no. Then sat for 30 minutes watching them take every walk in before making my sub. Literally watched people order, sit, eat, and leave. Total time from order 45 minutes.

Very rude sandwich makers and owner. There should be a sign on the door saying we do not participate in coupons. I have been here a few times. Always get the same order. A subway club. One time. I had a coupon. Making it 6.99. I used it. Next time the guy told me he could not honor the same coupon he had honored. The next time it I return it is honored. This owner clearly wants not to use coupons in his store. It would be nice if this owner could contribute some consistency in his business platform.

On my wife's last visit to this Subway on last year, she was treated horribly by the staff and ignored regarding her order. She was even allowed to be skipped in line by the staff. We will never visit this Subway again due to such poor treatment.
