Dude at the counter wants to get mad at me because my food is wrong. My boyfriend orders in the app and he put for my sub white bread and they gave me the wrong bread. I told them it was wrong and I wanted white and the man wouldn’t change it out. I have Parmesan cheese on my sub also and I didn’t ask for it. Man at the counter is rude and very hateful.

My wife and I visited this location after staying away for several years because of previous unhygienic practices. The sandwich maker was taking a customer's money at the register when we entered. She was also rubbing her eyes and scratching her head. After placing the money in the register, she walked to the sandwich making station without washing her hands and rubbed her eyes again while standing in front of us and awaiting our order. We immediately proceeded to leave the premises because we prefer not to have eye jam, hair gel or germs from dirty money on our food. I wish that Subway would emphasize hand washing when employees touch non-food surfaces. ITS DISGUSTING!!!!

Ordered online. Pick up time 1155. Arrived at 12. Asked if order was ready. Told no. Then sat for 30 minutes watching them take every walk in before making my sub. Literally watched people order, sit, eat, and leave. Total time from order 45 minutes.

Very rude sandwich makers and owner. There should be a sign on the door saying we do not participate in coupons. I have been here a few times. Always get the same order. A subway club. One time. I had a coupon. Making it 6.99. I used it. Next time the guy told me he could not honor the same coupon he had honored. The next time it I return it is honored. This owner clearly wants not to use coupons in his store. It would be nice if this owner could contribute some consistency in his business platform.
