Love this place. I get the chicken bacon ranch and my daughter loves the steak protein bowl. This is my favorite subway, it's always really clean and everyone is always friendly.

GOD IS REAL

Lunch: 6 inch tuna sub on wheatToppings: fresh spinach, mayo, onions, black olives.I was eating my sub and on 3 bite I bit on something hard…. Took up to counter and was told it was the pit of the black olive.I’m glad it didn’t break a tooth. I’m only reviewing this to caution others if you happen to order black olives from this establishment on Hughes Blvd in zip 27909….hopefully the management will be more mindful about serving the olives with pits or at least make sure there aren’t any pits somehow… otherwise the sub was tasty.

My order was placed at 5:06 pm. Apparently even though it said it was open until 10 pm, they closed at 5. The young man working called and said that they couldn't complete the order but he was leaving a note for the manager to refund my money today, Monday 12/26, but to call and speak with the manager. I called and a lady, I believe named Quasia, or something like that answered and said that they could not refund my money. I would have to go through my bank. I explained it was on a credit card. She continued to argue with me over it, and said I needed to go back to the app and cancel the order out. Frustrated, I hung the phone up. A couple minutes later she called back saying she could refund the money, her manager had given her the code, but only in cash and not back to my card. I explained that this was contactless delivery for a reason and we didn't want to go to the store. She said that's the only way she could do it. I asked for the 800 number to speak to someone, she said she'd get it and hung up on me. I called back and explained that we were sick, but if she really wanted my sick husband could come and get it, then she got smart again and said tell him to wear a mask. She hung up again. I called back and asked for the 800 number and she said they don't have it, hung up again. I finally called another subway to get the number and they had no issue giving it to me, however it's obviously no good because here I am typing this on my phone. I want my $44.64 refunded back to the card. I want someone to speak with that lady about customer service, because I did not say or do anything out of the way, and I can assure you that if she had almost $45 stolen by a store, she'd want it back as well. This is bad publicity for your company and I will certainly be writing this in a Google, yelp and whatever else review.

Very disrespectful ordered 16 dollars worth of food was not cooked well asked for toasted was not and messed up the other sub completely then asked if they could remake it told us no we're stuck with it so had to swallow 16 bucks and throw it away cause the order was messed up worst customer service ever 0 stars hands down

My husband and I ordered lunch to eat in … let me tell you ? the level disappointment and irritation I felt as the owner made my sandwich was astronomical. It took everything in me to not curse him out in front of my husband because that sandwich was disrespectful…I’ll be ordering by myself next time because “noooo” !!! The worst sandwich I’ve ever had from any Subway establishment ?

They have pizza on the app but don't serve it. I paid for pizza and the cashier caught it. She requested that the owner refund my money. I called and got no where. They take what they didn't earn. They also put very little meat on the sub for the price. Jersey Mike's is better for the price.

First off girl didn't wash hands after using register just went and put gloves on, and starting making subs she then dropped half the turkey on floor an picked it up and tried to put it back on the bun till coworker stopped her she then went to get a new bun with the same gloves on that she picked the turkey up off the floor with till I told her to change her gloves , I will not eat here again

My previous visit to subway was very upsetting the gentleman who made my order was rude and didn’t honor my request on my sub . When I brung it to his attention he had an nasty disposition. Today I came in (6/29/22 at 2:51 pm) and the two young ladies were welcoming from the time I open the door until I left out . Any questions I had she happy to answer or give a recommendation and handle my food with care .
