If it didn't cost more than jersey Mike's I would be happy to spend money at subway. Sadly subway thinks it's best to charge outrageous prices when you can go to jersey mike get the exact same thing and pay less and have more sayso.

Absolutely the worst sub I have ever been served…meat sliced paper thin…and for the price nowadays I have removed Subway from my list of places to eat.

I made an online order for a total of 4 foot long subs. One ham and cheese with lettuce and cheese only NOT TOASTED, 2 ham and cheese with lettuce and cheese TOASTED, and a Philly steak and cheese sub TOASTED. The three subs I requested to be toasted was not toasted at all. I called the restaurant and and asked for a manager. Then I kindly told the manager what happened, with the mindset everybody makes mistakes. After I was finished stating my issue they hung up on me. So, I called back. When the manager answered again I repeated what happened, the manager then asked me if we ate the subs. I informed the manager that we did NOT. She then instructed me to bring the subs we received back up there and they will toast them for me. I told her I did not have an issue bringing them back up there, but because the subs have mayo on them for health reasons I prefer them to remake fresh subs for only the subs I originally wanted toasted. The manager then stated they don't remake orders for customers then hung up again. When I tried to call back a third time nobody would answer. This is very poor service, I would understand if I was rude, or if I was using vulgar language, or something in that nature, but I was extremely polite through the entire interaction. Because of my experience and their policy of not remaking orders when the orders are made incorrctly I would extremely consider going to either another location or different sub shop all together.

order a subway tray on Thursday told the clerk I needed it at 4pm on Friday he said no problem. I go in at 410pm on Friday to pick it up. it wasn't even made the clerk said give him 20 minutes. I'll just pay the extra price and go yo jersey mikes.ill never go to subway again and ill have my company order elsewhere from now on

I went here around 8 on August 13 2023 and this was the worst customer service I have ever received point blank period. All that was said to me is the guy asking me “is that all?” With an attitude and when I just had to transfer the funds onto my card he seemed very impatient and irritated like he would rather be somewhere else, I get you might not like your job that’s anywhere but no one forces you to work there. Providing customer service is part of that job and as a former employee of Subway that is just unacceptable.

Trying to pick up an online order and the employee will argue with you about not having a product of roast beef and won't even make the sandwich when customer already paid for it and then threatenes you going to have there manager look at the camera about the whole situation was not even called for. Over a situation just to replace the roast beef for a extra slice of turkey or ham. I will personally never ever go back and being a former manager for a subway I've never handle anything like this ever!!!

Went to Subway on 11-26-21 on Black Friday to get subs for dinner and was informed they had no bread.I asked if was shipped in because what was going on-n-was told no we make our own.So I go to leave-n-low-n-behold in the bottom of bread keeper was bread!This was in between 9:30/10 am.Pretty sad on a Black Friday your employee stuck her head around the corner to lie.Makes you wonder just how many people she turned away.Thank you,Crystal Rosetta 318 Nc Hwy 34 N Camden,NC 27921
