The workers there have very poor attitudes and the restaurant is not clean at all you can see mouse traps and mouse droppings everywhere underneath the counter where the registers are and I don't suggest anybody eat there until fully looking at the restaurant. They really need to go in there and inspect that restaurant really good before wanting to serve the customers

I walked in and placed a to-go order at the kiosk and waited a couple of before sitting down because no one was at the front counter. The manager came in a few minutes later and gave the cashier a drink. The manager finally acknowledged me and asked had anyone helped me. I said I ordered my food and no one came to collect my money. The whole time I was sitting in the lobby waiting, the crew members were peeking at me from behind the wall. When I got home, half of my food was hard and not good. I will never go to this taco bell again!

If you are going to deny people the ability to get sauce packets, you probably shouldn't have them out for people to grab. I tried grabbing two sauces for a doordash order and was ordered to not do so. I was talked to like she was the boss of me and the managers attitude was so sour. Like I was DENIED the ability to help myself to a self serve sauce bar. I Used to love this location. Managers used to be so nice. Whoever is the manager in there now is mean as i dont even know. She makes everyone who comes in feel super unwelcome and talks to customers like they are her employees as well. She needs a customer service class.

I’ve been here a couple of times and they always either get my entire order wrong or I’m missing something. Never a good experience. This location is only 2 minutes from my house but now I just take the extra 5 minutes of a drive to goto another location.

Love getting window slammed in your face for pulling to the window after sitting at the speaker for 8 mins before driving around to the window wondering if I can even pick up my mobile order. I see 3 employees with the headset pushed above their ear ignoring the headset. They asked if I was door dash and I told them mobile order with my name. They slammed it again. They finally hand it out After 12 mins of waiting then slammed the window again. Didn’t quite catch the name but 20ish year old black lady who seemed to be the manager handling me at the window hardly saying any words during the entire interaction.
Kam always here when I’m here and remembers me. The whole staff is very friendly. Good vibes in here

Service was terrible I'm a 62 yr old man while they where deciding on giving me key to restroom I almost went on myself and when I came back they where deciding on who was going to tell me to use the ceosk machine I forgot what I wanted 🙃
