I have placed three orders via the mobile app from this location, hoping for a better experience, as Taco Bell is my son's preferred fast food. Unfortunately, they have been out of Baja Blast and alternative drinks each time. The food consistently arrives warm/cold and carelessly assembled, with minimal contents in the tortillas. On one occasion, they were out of all ordered items and declined substitutions, advising me to contact corporate for a refund, which I never received due to incorrect order status. I recommend sticking to the Eringhaus location.

Placed an order at 6:18 it’s now 7:07 still no food. I asked for a refund and was refused because I paid at the kiosk. This is definitely the last time I’ll ever eat at this Taco Bell. Fire everyone involved at this location it’s absolutely awful service.

One tea? Three burritos? Two tacos? Check the order before it goes out the window. I had to come back TWICE. Try to talk to them about making sure the order is all there and they do not care.

I moved to Elizabeth city just a few months ago and have gone to this taco bell a good handfull of times. Every single time they get my order wrong with our side sauces, our tacos are usually cold or have stray food that doesnt go in the tacos like tomatoes. The staff loves to argue despite how polite you are and when they “correct” the order it STILL ends wrong. Get your shit together
Never wrote a review before but this food deserves it we spent $55 on food and every last bit of it was absolute garbage some of the worst food I’ve ever had. I took one bite of everything and threw it away.

Ordered food here through drive thru got 2 beef crunchy tacos removed lettuce and cheese added beans and they removed the beef making it a bean taco went inside to get my beef and cook got all mad, one of the guys told me if I wanted to speak to the manager, manager no where to be seen waited and got fed up and went through drive thru again, finally all the sudden manager /cook came out of no where and rudely told me he’s not doing that order again just to then find out and tell me that yes they did get my order wrong. Not worth the visit.
