My family used to receive good service when we ordered from this Taco Bell in the past, but the novelty of good customer service and good product has worn off since this store has been open awhile.
Tonight we purchased a party box of 12 Supreme soft tacos and one beef and bean burrito supreme. What we received by way of tacos was a total letdown and nothing like what we've received from Taco Bell in the past; Barely any meat at all, cold as can be (we live roughly 8 minutes from this Taco Bell so if they were actually hot when we received them, they'd still be warm by the time we got home!) and this was throughout all 12 soft tacos. Some didn't even have cheese on them. They didn't give my mother a receipt when she paid for the order, which totaled $38 and some change. My mother did said the man at the counter was pleasant, it's the product we received that was paid for that's the issue. Do better Taco Bell!

I ordered a couple of burritos, and received them really quick. The manager was at the counter and engaged me in some friendly small talk instead of saying here's your order like other places.

Crunchwrap had no crunch. Tostada was so soggy you could fold it. Lettuce was more crunchy than the tostada

I've never been to this taco bell before. And I get the whole fast food places feeling like since its not like va w here everywhere you turn you have choices so why not give crappy service/food, only choice people have is tolerate it or go home and make it yourself, which sadly makes people tolerate this sucky service. Why was my double stacks just hard tacos with very little tortilla chips in the middle.... thats not even a double stack!!!! 😒 we didn't even bother to fix it because we saw the review and my fiancé whose lived in the area for years told me every fast food place around here doesnt care. Can you imagine how much money someone would make if they did and actually had accurate orders? First and last time at this location I'll wait til the weekend when I got to va to get the fast food I want. Get better food quality, accurate orders and better service, and its sad when they have a higher customer base even with there being limited fast good restraunts in EC. JUST SAYING!

Always out of everything and barely answer drive thru at night

We've lived here a year. In the course of that time, 4 out of 5 times, they are always out of various items of food. One time it was tortilla shells. It is very mismanaged. Recently, twice the drive thru person didn't have his headset on (according to the window person) holding up the line, causing a back-up. At night, music is blaring from the back and personnel are usually hanging out, outside with their friends. Over the course of this past year, their phone has NEVER been answered. It's as if they ALL want to run it into the ground. The worst Taco Bell I've visited in my 60+ years. We now go to another location.

I've worked fast food before, so I can watch a team, management, and flow of timely food. I thought the team was working their collective buts off. What I saw was they needed one more person working the counter. The computer terminals are not a employee. I was talking with other customers, many don't like those terminals. No combo numbers to simply choose for one thing. The drive through guy was working the drive through and the counter but he was getting swamped. None of the line crew ever looked to see if anybody needed anything, not really their job but they tried.
Not having the third person really made the simple fulfillment, the empty soda change out (which happened) the quick wipe down of tables, the drink that didn't get served. The terminals can't do those things.
Where was the shift lead or management?
I will think twice before I go there again. I love tacos and Toco Bell does very well. But the management/ probably the ownership is dropping the ball. The three guys did great without the fourth man help but the over all goal to serve and flow and fill in where needed, fell short by a mile.
The stress you put on your help is obvious. I live through the night after night bad shifts. Help them out and get the counter maned and get ride of those terminals.

I had placed a door dash order from this location, I had 2 drink party packs, and a taco pack as well as the bbq nacho fries, now this was a 55$ order so I understand that it might have been annoying to make or whatever but, to not even seal the drinks is crazy but I tried to not let that bother me, I went to look in the bags and did not even get one straw, mind you I had 8 drinks. The taco pack was not even closed it was wide open and the tacos got wet because of the storm, I didn’t get any mild sauce and the bbq fries were thrown into the bag and when I went to grab them I got bbq all over me, I’m not at all happy with this order.

I took my three grandsons for their very first experience at a taco.Bell one is 7,1 is 9 and one is 12. Their father was a single parent, and he's not been in a position to take them for fast food. And I was unaware as it is hard for me to afford food for 3 extra children, but I decided to suck it up, and do it. Lol
Just so they could have the experience. It cost us quite a bit more than I hoped. It would what they had a fantastic time. And they are all huge Taco Bell Lovers now.
