I ordered prime rib, rare and it came out medium. I sent it back and the manager came out and told me that they were out of prime rib so I got a 14 ounce ribeye medium rare they bring it out and the stake is cooked medium well. My wife likes her steak medium well but it was cooked well done so much so she cannot put a fork in some of it. Control your customers at the bar, families were walking out, people staring with disgust at two young idiots at the bar, management didn’t seem to care. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY.
Tonight was our first and last time ever coming here. The waitress we had was extremely rude and seemed like she was on some type of drugs, and the female manager was just as rude. 10 out of 10, do not recommend dining here. Also, the food was nasty. My chicken on my Caesar salad was so tough I couldn’t even stick my fork in it. My fiancé’s steak was almost raw.
