The worst location for a Mother's Day Brunch. Called the restaurant at 9:30 am and asked if they had walk-ins for their brunch starting at 10. Told me to come on down. We showed up at 10:10 and was seated in the bar area. I noticed that the buffet was not even set up yet. Haley took our drink order and said they were still working on the buffet. Hanna; the rudest and most unprofessional server that we have ever witnessed came over and asked if we had reservations; which I said no. She told me that we could not be seated and needed to get up. I explained to her on two occasions that I had just gotten off of the phone with someone who told me they had tables available for walk ins. My wife and I were totally humiliated as there were other patrons all around us. After a 5 minute loud dialog, someone told her that there were certain tables for walk ins until 12. She turned around, never apologized and walked off. I would have fired her in the first minute of her confronting a customer and treating them the way she did. Now 45 minutes after they opened, we were told that there were "some" items on the buffet. What a terrible set up. People were trying to get from the bar to the buffet as well as those in the main dining area and the waiting line blocked those people as well as the servers attempting to get out of the kitchen. They only had two servers for the buffet which caused a huge gridlock and long line. The food itself was mediocre and the buffet was missing a lot of what was advertised. This was not a joyous time to spend with my wife and after dishing out $80; it was not even close to worth what we received.

Had an awesome experience at this spot! Hannah was absolutely fantastic—super attentive and friendly. The theme is definitely unique, but once you hear the family history behind it, it all makes sense and adds to the charm. One of the cooks (Keenan) even came out to check on us and shared that many of the recipes come straight from the owners’ mother and grandmother, which explains why the sauces (made in-house!) tasted so fresh and authentic.

We went on a weeknight on the fly, the service was superb, they granted access to the upstairs to shoot pool while we waited for our food. Very welcoming. I can't wait to go back for comedy night.

My family had the opportunity of dining at Tooley's Saturday evening 11/9. I called ahead to make reservations, as we had 6 adults and 2 littles that would require high chairs. When we arrived and we were already set up for dinning and greeted with the smiling face of Hannah our waitress. She was very knowlegable of the menu. She was also patient with the fact that we had a 9 & 11 month old. Her attention to detail was beyond great. The food was wonderful and hot when it arrived to the table. We will definatly be back as this was a great experience.

The KJ does more playing music and mixing than he does having people sing. It’s been 30 minutes and no one has sang he has just been playing random mixes don’t come here if you want to sing at any point I came here soupy to sing and this was a huge let down

Hannah was both waitress and bartender for Sunday lunch and she was excellent! Tooley's has a relaxed atmosphere and good food in generous portions. We were so pleased!!
