very disappointed, had not eaten at the new location. I ordered 2 different tuna rolls. They came out identical. Ground up fish looked like can tuna ground up. it was terrible. I spoke with management was told they can season the tuna when it's ground up.
Ever since they moved locations, their sushi is not good. Every time we order raw sushi, it comes out WARM or HOT. A great way to get sick. Ugh. We miss this place but never again.
why is volcano allowed to operate when the floor is sticky to walk on, the soy sauce containers on each table are absolutely filthy, the water tastes like it came out of a mop bucket, the soda also tastes like a moldy mop bucket, the shrimp tastes like its old and they didnt clean the veins out, and the sauce for the shumai tastes spoiled? i just left and i already feel the food poisoning.
