I used to love coming here all the time until me and my fiance started getting stomach issues from here so we'd go to Sakura. We went last night for dinner just to try it again and everything was fine until 20 min ago im cooking dinner eating what's leftover because I don't wanna throw it away, and I find an inch worm on one of the rolls. Never wanted to throw up more in my life. Sorry but not coming back.

I'd never been really impressed by this restaurant, but now I'm disgusted by it.
The miso and clear soups were room temp. Salads, which consisted of solely iceberg lettuce and dressing, were saturated and soggy with water. The raw sushi roll was almost warm. The katsu chicken breading was moist (think microwaved chicken nuggets). The katsu sauce wasn't katsu sauce. The fried rice is literally just rice; no veggies or egg. The vegetarian rolls were cross contaminated with seafood (based on my daughter's allergic reaction).
All 7 of our meals were delivered at different times; my daughter's and granddaughter's arriving when most of us were done. My son received fried rice when he specifically asked for white rice. My father's meal was quietly set down in front of an empty seat at the far end of the table, leaving us to question whose it was.
To ice the cake, my mother complained to the manager on the way out. In turn, he pulled a fast one on an elderly woman. He told her he was giving her a partial refund (like $11 of the $150 bill). He never took her card to process the refund, just made cheeky promises and sent her on her way. Shiesty!
To sum it up: we do feel lucky that the few bites we ate didn't make 6/7 of us sick. The service was truly offensive. And, the management clearly has no qualms taking advantage of the elderly.

All-in-all, a horrible experience.

Oh, and one last kicker: they automatically include 18% gratuity in the bill.

I have enjoyed this sushi restaurant before and loved having it so close to our new home. However this evening I went in and ordered a bento box very good deal enjoy it, but mid way eating noticed a long hair wrapped into the rice sushi roll. I asked to speak to the manager and he looked at it and started laughing. I found that very unprofessional. I understand maybe the chefs have short hair and it probably didn’t come from them.. but I didn’t appreciate it being made a joke and I damn sure didn’t find it funny. Now he did take the roll off which I appreciated. But I’d expect more professionalism when there’s a concern from a customer and it not to be made a joke. Very sad this visit because my husband is questioning if we will go back, and I did my last experience.

On yesterday we had dinner with nine in our party. So when the food came out for three of the party, didn't see any steam of hotness but just waited for other dishes. Then the other meals came again no steam, proceeded to eat. Food was barely warm, spoke with waitress nothing resolved, eventually spoke with mgmt. First he offered 10% off the bill, he goes on to tell me that he would have to watch video in order to remove items from my bill. Finally removed two items , but never offered to remake the food. Unsatisfied Guest was not important to him, it was proving that his employees did all they could to get the food out quick as possible even if its not hot when guest received it. Very bad experience wouldn't recommend if you have large party for the dining room.

I have been to the Hibachi area of the restaurant a number of times and enjoyed the service and food. My most recent trip was to a regular dine-in table. I didn't think much about it at the time but the server did not ask how to prepare our steak. Upon receiving our plate, the steak was barely cooked. Not even medium-well. The server only came by our table once after the food was given to us, which was after we had finished and ready for the check. I was disappointed at this visit. The restaurant did not appear to be crowded or too busy for the staff.

The food was disappointing. Just thrown together. Rice seemed old. Cooked Sushi roll with crab meat was pretty good. Waitress was great.

One of the best hibachi restaurants I've been to in a longtime! Our chef was very entertaining and prepared a very delicious meal with so much glee. We received well portioned servings for our dinner and at a great price when everything is quite expensive. The server provided quick and prompt service throughout dining experience and we appreciate that. We enjoyed ourselves here and will definitely return for another visit!

I have gone here multiple times with my family. To start off I was given a DIRTY CUP of water there was a used sugar packet floating in it and didn't release until I already took a few sips out of it! And there answer was 5 dollars off my total no apology or anything. The habachi experience also has dropped off over the last few months her just cooked food real fast that was about it. I was really disappointed tonight 😔

Went to the non-hibachi side, ordered the chicken and medium steak hibachi... I don't know what they changed but the steak and chicken was dry as if it was pre-made, rice tasted like unseasoned insta rice, lo mean was a slimy pile of sluge, and veggies at best was cooked in a microwave. The entire meal was room temp. I asked how it was cooked, the waitress said the cook it in a wok... no way that was possible, no sear marks or caramization on anything. We asked to go over to the hibachi side, they had us wait 10 min to get the table ready. Eventually, they came to get us... Utter confusion. We sat down and then waited another 10 min, they sat another family, after 10 more min the other family still had not ordered. After 1h we still had not eaten and eventually had to leave due to the utter incompetence. Won't be going back again.
