The woman at the drive thru spoke very quickly and I could not understand what she said and then she got indigent and impatient when I asked her to repeat! If you speak correctly the first time you won't have to repeat yourself! My first time at this location and my last! I'm tired of dealing with rudeness as there is no excuse for it! I like the food! ?

This location clearly gives priority to drive thru customers over customers that dine inside. The cashier who took my order , Neshya , ignored me as I stood waiting to place my order. She is not very professional. She did not greet me with a hello and of course did not thank me for my order either. This is my second encounter with her and apparently this is typical behavior from her. The ketchup dispenser was empty , just like the last time I dined there. The drink dispenser was also out of my selection for the second time I have dined there. Table tops were dirty and had not been wiped down. The number of flies in the dining room made trying to eat very unpleasant. The bathrooms were in need of attention. Trash cans were full and overflowing. Not a very well managed location. The employees seem to dislike their jobs and it shows! The entire staff needs retraining on customer service. I will no longer be dining at this location and strongly advise others to do the same thing.

The workers at this store are super unprofessional. I was in here eating today and while I was placing my waiting to place my order. The customer in front of me ordered a special sandwich made a special way, and when he got his food it wasn't the way he. Requested, so he asked for it to be remade. Like he requested it and did it The person taking his order told him that's how he asked for it. So that's how he was getting it, they weren't going to remake it and that he was pretty much out of luck. They are just rude. The manager cannot speak any english. Need to translator would not advise zero out of ten rating worst place.I've ever eaten in elizabeth city

A Spanish speaking manager, that speaks zero English who needed a translator. Gave a diet drink and not what I ordered is yelling I don't know what about me returning my order. I ask the translator what is she saying " she filled your drink up to the top it wasn't like this" I'm asking why is she talking about the amount and not the wrong drink itself. Now I only sipped enough to know it was incorrect. While she's yelling in Spanish I notice a child in the back of the store peeping around the corner. So this went from a complaint to now I have to contact Labor about this. A Wendy's that double as a daycare in the back of the store is something that should be addressed legally! The lil boy had to be about 8 to 11 years old, wearing a Wendy's shirt meaning they probably put him to work.
They used to have the biggest and best burgers but now they are twice the price and half the size shrinkflation in full effect there

the best wendy’s i’ve ever been to, super fast we got our food and haven’t even gotten the chance to get ours drinks it is absolutely amazing. the crew knows their stuff and they make great food. i refuse to go to any other wendy’s. they so friendly and nice. always smiling although sometimes they seem like they don’t want to be there but we’ve all had those days ! i recommend this location to everyone! thank you guys for your amazing service and food <3

My food and other orders were very wrong. They had 9 or motor people nut they're was no organization or supervision. Even after they fixed my order, it was still wrong when I went outside. This location has a lot of potential. I can tell if retaining from staff (not from the worst location) in Elizabeth City or clearing house is better at this point. ALSO, SO MANY HEALTHCODE VIOLATIONS I CAN NOT LIST. reach out on here if you want help.
