This is not the first incident with the One female that was working tonight. Seems every time she works, there is an issue with orders.

I placed my order online at 8:20pm and Zaxby's online confirmation stated that my order would be ready by 8:45pm. I arrived to Zaxby's at 8:30pm, the drive thru was rather busy.

Since I had 15 minutes to go, I pull into the drive thru line and assumed by the time I made it to the speaker, it would be 8:45. By 9:10, I'm still waiting in the drive thru line. The White in color car in front of me finally gets waited on. I pull up to the speaker and thought, I've already ordered and paid, I'll pull to the window. The Only car at the window was the White in color car. The female driver receives her food and finally pulls off after a discussion with the female working the window.

As I pull up, the female automatically assumed I had a Doordash order, and I stated that I didn't, that I ordered online at 8:20pm and here it is 9:15pm. The female worker tells me that she is the only one working, nevertheless I see another female walking at a fast pace towards the back.

The female worker (name unknown) finally hands me he two drinks for my order and my food with a stern have a good night!

I live an hour from Elizabeth City and when I stopped to give my girlfriend who is working her food, I decided to eat because I hadn't eaten much all day, plus I just completed my work day. When I opened my plate, it's sad. I ordered the chicken finger plate (5) tenders and paid extra for a large plate upgrade. No Slaw, bare minimum of fries and chicken bites!

Zaxby's, if your employees can't honor someone's order correctly or you are experiencing staff shortages, DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS ONLINE because I worked for my earnings and this so called food was just a few cents away from $30 for two plates!

Had to wait 26 minutes for an order of 20 chicken tenders that cost $32.00. I will not be back!

We waited an hour for our food. Which was a grilled chicken sandwich. I asked if it would be done soon the guy in the back said it will be done when it's done. Asked for a refund way to many people waiting on food and all the workers looking at each other clueless. Customer service horrible.

Too expensive for fast food!

Very poor. After sitting in the drive through for at least 5 minutes, I started video if anyone wants to see. Sold out stickers on one sign and gum on another. Dining room locked up but I can see workers inside. This was at 655pm on a Friday night. Look at your video. Very poor.

Don't direct me to some other site so we can 'address' or 'fix the issue'. This location will fail, you heard it here first.

Nobody seems to know whats going on. My order was wrong and they made it how they wanted to make it. Nobody cleaning tables. Will not come back

Unfortunately we gave this establishment another visit after months of not going after being fed up with nasty attitudes from employees and less than satisfactory food. And nothing has changed whatsoever, every visit I am made to feel as an inconvenience and not a paying customer.

This has to be the worst Zaxby's ever. They're out of about everything and definitely check your bag because I was missing half my order. I pulled around to go inside and she wants to see my receipt which I ordered on the mobile App. I mean shouldn't still be pulled up in your system as I literally just left. I was not walking back out to my car to get my phone to show you my receipt when you have it right there. The container my food in was ripped in half. The boneless wings were half Sauced. It looked like a kindergartener prepared it. Threw all the food in the trash that they gave which wasn't much and walked out. Thirteen dollars wasted.

First off, bathrooms were so dirty and the garbage was overflowing in both stalls.
Second, it took 24 minutes for 1 order of fried pickles and a small order of coleslaw. Please do better.

The food is alright but the bathrooms are disgusting and the floors are so greasy it’s slippery. They are always out of almost every single drink and the ones that are left are zero sugar. The urinals look like they haven’t been cleaned in 6 months. I’m never coming to this zaxbys ever again.

Food was good once I got it. My biggest problem is I ordered through the app, you know, for speed... the store is anything but fast.

Tips for future:1) if you get an online order and they check in through the drive thru make sure their food is completed and accurate when they get to the window.
2) should the food not be ready, DON'T COMPLETE ANY OTHER ORDERS BEHIND THEM UNTIL THE MOBILE ORDER WHO HAS ARRIVED IS COMPLETE.

I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, 10 minutes after I placed my order, just to have it come out to me 45 minutes after I placed my order with a whole meal/drink missing.

Do better. Move with a sense of purpose. Ensure accuracy and use a systematic approach to your orders.

Well first of all, I know everyone is shorthanded and they were but the attitudes of the workers was not good. Took FOREVER to get our food and not many people in here. Never again at this one.
