I rarely post negative ratings, but this Hardee's really needs to quit microwaving old breakfast sandwiches because it makes them tough and scaldingly hot to eat with the melted cheeses. I got a Frisco Breakfast sandwich the other day this way and wrote it off as a one time thing until today when my husband and I got a Frisco Sandwich again and a sausage biscuit, and they were the same way. Great customer service. Samaya was awesome. Coming from Raleigh, where customer service is horrible, it was refreshing to come here and get fresh food fast and great customer service!!!

Food is fine, but the service...nope. In their defense, they're short staffed and trying to make the best out of a bad situation. Similar to the rest of the "fast food" places here.
