Hibachi Chinese offers a unique dining experience with its "salad bar" style setup, allowing customers to choose from a variety of fresh ingredients, including rice, noodles, vegetables, and four types of meat. The staff then expertly cooks the selected items on the Hibachi grill, serving the hot and tasty meal directly to the customer's plate. The restaurant is praised for its delicious food and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for both lunch breaks and date nights. Vegetarian and keto-friendly options are available, catering to diverse dietary needs. While the atmosphere could use some improvement, the overall experience at Hibachi Chinese is described as great, delicious, and wonderful by its satisfied customers.
