Melvin’s is pure nostalgia. The best down home burgers & dogs spot in the whole of NC.
If I could give them more than 5✨, it’d be over a thousand.
No matter if you’re stopping in for a quick lunch, or wanting to buy 20 burgers with all the fixings, they don’t bat a single eyelash.
If I ever get married again, I’m coming here to get the burgers for the reception. It’s that good! I crave it.
Great Carolina hamburgers. Big thick burgers and the don’t skimp on anything that goes with a Carolina burger. Can get burgers other way but this is usual. Extremely fast. Even when there is a long line there is less than a 5 minute wait. If only a few, you have little to no wait. No kidding, they have a system and it’s super fast. You got to eat there!!!
Melvin's is an institution for food. Great burgers for decades. People from other states buy these burgers to freeze and take back home..they are that good. Always fresh ground beef,hand made patties freshly cooked right in front of you.
