so I ordered pizza on the app for pick up. and on the app it's no way to add extra sauce, so I call immediately sit on hold more that 10 mins. I call back get hung up on well I call back get hung up on I call back once more I speak to an employee as he's trying to change my pizza to extra sauce since there is NO way to add extra sauce in the app. he ask for help. Planned on a quick Sunday lunch. After waiting forever, walked out. Almost 60 and never walked out of a restaurant before.

Decided to try Pizza Hut again and of course it still disappoints, received a pizza with no cheese and also did not receive items I ordered. I’m done with this Pizza chain!
