Had no problem placing a order and them taking my money, #1 - order incorrect and food I paid for missing, #2 - 1st call back put on hold no one ever returned. 2nd call they hung up on me, 3rd call put on hold for no one to answer again. # 3 - Delivery driver spoke no English and was no help at all. #4 by this point the food was cold. Terrible experience # 5 - I paid $32 for food I did not get and what I did receive was cold. Really folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NEVER AGAIN. I want my money back. Also your other nasty reviews seem to have a response from you without you ever fixing it. Why bother. With each call I hear a recording for employees, if you can't do better than this just shut the door and stop taking peoples money. I also like how when you answer your reviews you start with "hi thier name," then you ask them to send thier name, really!!!!!

Ordered a Supreme Pan Pizza with olives on half. I ended up with a 1/2 Supreme and 1/2 bacon and some other meat substance. This is the 2nd time they gotten my simplistic order WRONG nice folks but reading comprehension is definitely lacking UPDATE 11-20-24 OK added this to post. You'll see owners reached out to me on this page. I DID EVERYTHING THEY REQUESTED. Crickets. IF as a company your not gonna do anything but request info that I sent Then ignore it? why even reply? Now I understand why this pizza hut sucks so bad.. It's not the employees, It's The POS OWNERS bait and switch type of crapola. Avoid this sleazy joint at any cost . 67 pizza Pappa John's Theos and Benny's are FANTASTIC Alternatives to this outhouse

The most unprofessional pizza hut ever! The one girl is so rude! I always think we all have bad days, so I do not rush to judgment, but nope she is rude everytime. I love the pizza and that is the only reason I subject myself to the consistent poor customer service, running out of dough and just general poor experience. I really wish they could up their game and do better for our community.

Got here wiatied in lobby for 5 minuites with my 4 kids other employee told us good morning so they knew we were there waiting then randomly girl tells me they aren't ready for customers they just got there!? They open at 10! No apologies no explanation just guess they woke up late lol what a joke. Definitely needs new mgmt

Got to the location 15 till 1pm. Took our sever almost 30 mins to get all of our drinks out to the table and to take our order. We ordered 2 dinner boxes which is 1 medium 1 topping pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks, 3 PP cheeses pizzas, 3 PP pepperoni pizzas, 1 small thin crust pizza and 6 wings. They brought the 2 medium and 3 of the PP and took them about 5 mins to bring the other 3 PP. we started eating what we had and no signs of the rest of the food coming. Went to go ask and all the breadsticks were still in the oven and the thing crust hadn’t even been made and this is maybe 10 mins after the pizzas were brought. We weren’t asked for refills I had to personally get up and ask. A drink was spilt on the table by server and was never finished up getting cleaned so I had to do it. 5 other tables came in after us and somehow we were still the only ones still in there and still waiting on food. Ridiculous.

terrible service. i called earlier to place an order for 12 lemon pepper wings. the first time i called, a man answered and when i said i wanted to place an order for pickup, he hung up on me. i figured it might’ve been an accident, so i call back. the same guy takes my name and number and takes my order. he puts me on hold for about 4-5 minutes, so i hang up and call back AGAIN. when i ask him if my order was placed, he said “no? this is a call center. i’ll transfer you to the store”. i hung up and went in person to try and place my order. when i get there, i tell the man about what happened and he just shrugged and said “i got busy”. there were no cars in the parking lot and nobody in the lobby (because the lobby was closed). i asked him if i could just get my wings and he said no because the fryers were broken. i went back outside, and received a text from my MIL saying that she tried calling to place the order and she said they hung up on her 4 different times. i went back inside and told him this while his manager was standing there, and i confronted him again about hanging up on me while his manager was standing there and he said “oh that was the call center we don’t receive calls here.” i’ll never go here again

I am new to the area, and have not eaten at the Pizza Hut or had carry out from there. I placed a carry out order on the app, but forgot one of the pizzas so I called the store. I was hung up on twice, and then I was transferred and sat on hold for more than 10 minutes. The initial order was supposed to be ready in 13 minutes, so I just placed a second order on the app but had to pay more as it was not combined in the deal that I had on the first order. When I got to the store, the order was incorrect. the people in the store were extremely rude to my niece who went to pick up the order and tried to explain that we had for two separate orders. When we got the pizza home, the cheese pizza had absolutely no sauce on it. The only good thing were the cheese sticks. We will not be ordering from here again , as the service and quality from Domino’s and Papa Johns in our area are much better.

Good food. However, I ordered a 1 tip pizzas with bacon, and it hardly had baco. It must have been bottom of container because a couple pieces were chunks of fat.
