The only reason I'm giving the service three stars is because the lady that was helping us was very new and she was doing her best. It just didn't seem like the rest of the staff cared enough to help her out when she really needed it. So those three stars for service I'll go to that young girl! I don't remember her name but she did have piercings and I think maybe red hair. Anyway she was working really hard so kudos to her.

I have ordered several times over the past few weeks and every time the pizza is perfectly cooked, and bread sticks on point. Love this place, it’s a core childhood memory for me and they bring it back to life every time for me !!!! TY

I would give a negative 10 i would. Walked in was welcomed and nothing else was said but welcome to pizza hut. We waited to be setted and no one ever came to help us to take us to be seated. We walked out with out any service.

Wasn't able to order from their online app. Then when I tried to call then I was sent to the one in Boone. I don't know what's going on but it's pretty messed up so I ended up ordering from another pizza place! I was really bummed 😞

Yesterday was their $2 personal pan pizzas. They had ran out of that size and offered me 1 medium pizza per 2 personals that I ordered. They did a great job and was very nice for as busy as they were!

Salad bar was terrible, lettuce wilted and turning brown on the edges. Green peppers were slimy. Olives had a strange taste to them. Pizza was really dried out, bread stick and cinnamon sticks were hard to bite. Pasta on the buffet had more cheese than pasta, terrible. Don't think we will be going back there. Plus we paid $25.66 not worth it at all, way to much. We didn't even have drinks.

I call in an order they told me it would be 20 minutes and when I got there they didn’t have my order didn’t know anything about it they are the only Pizza Hut in Elkin I drove over 10 miles there and back and no pizza that’s the last time

Ordered 3 large pizzas and a brownie last evening. Monday Jan 20th 2025. All three pizzas were wrong! They were dry. It was so awful. We've tried ordering pizza a couple times before but it was also dry. A family member told me she has had trouble with this location as well. This is so sad.
