I heard about Cowboys from my neighbor, so after a day of riding in the Elkin area, I decided to try them out.My steak nice grill marks and was cooked mid rare just the way I like it, the greenbeans were seasoned nicely, and the potato wedges were nice and crispy.
Nice spot. My friend and I came in for a late meal after visiting the wineries nearby. Waitress was attentive and friendly, never had to worry about an empty glass. I really appreciated her getting some melted butter for me to use with my hush puppies, too. Made a world of a difference.We both had the Peppercorn Steak. It was cooked well and a breeze to cut though. I loved it without any steak sauce, meanwhile my friend added some.I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area.
