The manager Crystal went over backwards to help me with my big order for Pleasant Hill Daycare on May 6th when an uber driver couldn't find us to deliver our order for staff appreciation. The manager remade the 2 pizzas the uber driver had riding around with. She held the rest of our order, and we went to pick up. She did not charge us for the 2 remake pizzas. Great customer service. THANK YOU!!!
Very disappointed when we get there tonight and no sweet tea at 6:30 pm. Then we order 2 personal pan pizza and they said didn’t have and prep done for those. So we ordered something else. Then the waitress said we do not have any Parmesan cheese but we can sale you a shaker for.99 cents REALLY Pizza Hut Elkin. 3 strikes your out. Not managed well at all or training never happens there.🥲
