I stop here, every time I drive through NC - exit 25 on 220/73/74. The bathrooms are clean, there is a variety of fresh and packaged food choices available - from the farm and from local small businesses. The staff are always friendly...and, there's ice cream. Highly recommend.
Love this place. Its good for a nice treat and smiling faces to go with it. Good scenery, nice environment, and yummy flavors. Go enjoy 1, 2 or 3 scoops and you'll see what im talking about.
We didn't know it closed at 5:30pm, which was our fault, so unfortunately we didn't have a lot time as we showed up as they were closing down. But it was nice and the souvenir was cute and the pickles were good. A little pricey.
The ice cream was fantastic. I got a strawberry sundae.
