Order online 25 minutes before I arrive at locationThen sit in car for another 15 minutes no cars coming in and out except the drivers when I walk in the board said that I was the third person on line upEveryone on the board had 6 minutes to goAnd mine said 45 minutesI ask why and they said they had a lot of orders. But only three people on the order board me and two other people....Then when I said I wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes ...Josh got an very bad attitude... Like I was trying to get over on them ... when they are the ones that didn't fix the pizza ....I highly recommend that you go anywhere in the world but here ..Looks like a few cracked head work there anyway...I rather eat at the homeless shelter any day

I originally gave this Domino's a 5 star rating.Buy the past few times I've been there I've had to wait on my foodOn my last visit I waited 30 min and had to go in to get my pizza. I asked them why they didn't bring it out to me and the guy said nothing and handed me my pizza .Very bad customer service

We ordered 11 boxes of pizza for a pick-up time of 11:10 am for our daughters birthday party. My husband pulled in a 10:30 and the staff was already inside making the pizzas and even brought them out to my husbands car when they were all completed. They had the entire order ready at 10:45am and my husband was able to make it back home by 11am which was when the party started. Best customer service around and our favorite place to order from. Staff is always really nice and the food is always good! Thank you guys!

Tried calling to order delivery. We placed the order and our credit card was charged and then an hour later heard nothing/did not get the pizza. We called multiple times and no one answered the phone. Finally one of our friends got through and the call ended abruptly (whether he was hung up on or the call failed we don’t know). We called back the next day to try to get reimbursed and finally got hold of the manager. After a cordial conversation she either offered us cash or store credit. After asking if there’s anyone else we can call to get the credit card reimbursed she said that it was our fault for not trying to call back yesterday. When we re-explained that we did call she got mad at us. We asked if she was the manager (since she came off as rude and unprofessional) and she said she was. When we said we would take the cash she said she would put in a bag and block us from ever ordering again since we didn’t want to take the store credit. When we tried to explain that there was no reason for doing that she hung up on us. We got the cash but she was extremely unprofessional and made it seem like it was our fault for wanting money back on an order we never received.

My daughter worked there, the manager Greg always treated her very badly and one day Greg told my daughter that the nights she had to close she had to do Greg's preparation for the next morning. And my daughter said no, that's not my job, that's your job. Greg went and took her off the schedule and told her not to come back because she no longer had a job. It was very unfair to my daughter, She was discriminate for being Hispanic.
