We ordered 11 boxes of pizza for a pick-up time of 11:10 am for our daughters birthday party. My husband pulled in a 10:30 and the staff was already inside making the pizzas and even brought them out to my husbands car when they were all completed. They had the entire order ready at 10:45am and my husband was able to make it back home by 11am which was when the party started. Best customer service around and our favorite place to order from. The delivery lady was such a sweet nice caring woman butter service over the phone was absolute disaster they made me wait an hour just for a large pepperoni pizza with no drink or no desserts or no nothing this is absolute absurd. I will say the pizza was quite delightful but the service through the phone was horrible do better.

I originally gave this Domino's a 5 star rating.Buy the past few times I've been there I've had to wait on my foodOn my last visit I waited 30 min and had to go in to get my pizza. I asked them why they didn't bring it out to me and the guy said nothing and handed me my pizza .Very bad customer service
