We got some tacos and they were great for the most part. We got the pastor, cachete, lengua, chicarron, and asada. I highly recommend them all except the asada (steak). The asada was lacking in flavor (compared to the others) and a bit on the tougher side. Otherwise the other tacos were fantastic and hot off the grill!
The tacos were alright. Nothing out of the ordinary. The meat did have a lot of fat chunks. The red sauce was not good. And 2.50$ a taco was not worth it. The people that work there are very friendly.
If you want TRULY AUTHENTIC Hispanic food, Mexican restaurant this is the best! They have a restaurant at 945 W. Webb Ave in Burlington NC. The food truck has the best quick food ( so busy, you may have to wait about 10 minutes or so for your order. They consistently have a 100% grade A health inspection about every month, restaurants can wait up to 6 months and receive a notice when they (health inspection) come, they have the best burritos and if you like your style hot,...
